Hi! Helpful video, I’m flying Neos next month. 2 questions
- are they strict about carry on size? I have a Samsonite that has never been an issue on any other airline but is definitely over the Neos dimension requirements.
- seats: do you think it’s worth it to pay for economy extra seats? Full fight?

Im am currently considering booking this august for a family of 8 palermo-ny direct. It is the only direct I can find. Is it worth it or should we go palermo-rome-ny on a more popular airline?
Yes!! Neos was great. Plus a direct flight with many family members will be so much easier!!
