Well, let me introduce to you to what I think is “Europe’s best kept secret” an Italian low-cost and leisure carrier which flies to continental and intercontinental destinations named Neos Airlines.
Neos right now, only offers 1 flight between the US and Europe and that’s from JFK airport in NY to Milan, Italy.
But it is really really a great flight!

I had to fly Norse back and they charged for EVERYTHING, and the seats were tighter.

We're booked on Neos PE for May 2024! All due to this video. It will be my mom's first trip to europe NOT in Biz class so she was REALLY nervous about flying in PE but she saw your video and was impressed. Fares just WAY too expensive in May/June to Italy or really anywhere in eastern Europe. So we're giving it a shot!
We come back from Istanbul so we're going to try Royal Jordanian biz class coming back.

That's awesome! So happy to hear. Yeh we just flew it twice again in July, and it was a full flight this time, and we still just had the best experience! There were 2 people on our flight that recognized me & said that they had also flown it because of my video & they were so impressed with the flight. So it's great! I love when everyone has great experiences!

@@christiandiablo9499 I didn't notice b/c everyone was drinking wine, but their service was still amazing, and I found that even more impressive b/c it was a full flight.

in Italy we have a cult dedicated to that Prep cream. You have no idea. People use it for ANYTHING from aftershave to mosquito bites lol

Neos is starting NY JFK to Palermo nonstop, seasonal summer service June - September 2024.

@@hollycaputowanderlust thanks and yes, I subscribe! :) They don't have next summer avail yet from JFK to MXP but will continue to monitor. Great pricing for non-stop and I like the timing of the flights as well. Makes it easier to get over jetlag.
@MrAZPACK yeh we just flew them again last month. They are definitely our favorite airline.
Hello just trying to book for August FROM JFK and returning there flights are really cheap compared to other airline thanks to your video in giving NEOS a try hopefully everything works out unfortunately i have a 7 hour layover at malpensa going to Bari
If you are flying premium the food is good on Neos.
If not, and even during your layover there is great food there...or put your stuff in a lock & spend 3 hrs checking out Milan. You can use the Malpensa express & then the metro.

wow, i'll probably ditch Emirates for Neos, next time when I go flying this summer from JFK -MXP. Sadly Emirates nowadays only offers pizza bread as the pre landing snack !

Hello, we have a trip coming up this march, but are worried about the luggage. We got the promo with 8 kilos luggage. Is that the normal carry on, or is it the one that goes under your feet?
Yeh, that's their normal. Whereas 23kg is for their checked.
They did weigh both our carry-on's and checked bags.
Before and after dinner service, can you order liquor drinks? Or just the wine that is served with the food? Thanks!
And if you ring the call button, will they replinish wine after the meal is done or no? thx.

Looking to book a Neos flight for May. Did you guys book directly or through a third party? Having issues booking directly on their site.
Ha...yeh their site is old school...book through them, make sure that you end up on the "US English speaking site", and I would use a computer, b/c their stuff isn't mobile friendly, so if you were using your phone to book...that might be why. But you should be ok on a computer. And ps....their site should automatically open as their "US version". I hope that works for you, it's a great flight.

@lilyramos5465 yeh, we have that problem sometimes too on international flights. It used to happen to us all the time w/ Norwegian & Norse, make sure that things on your side w/ your bank are good. A lot of times American banks block International flights.

@dinoberardi7897 then you haven't flown enough on other carriers to and from the US, to understand why this is a "low cost" airline, and actually compared prices . This isn't a debate, it's a fact, this airline is cheaper to fly to the US- from Milan than any other carrier. It doesn't matter if you are "Italian" ...as you can see from the other comments...others agree.
