Zucchini Bread and Chocolate

Zucchini Bread
1c. oil
3 eggs
2c. sugar
2c. grated Zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins optional
Chocolate Zucchini Bread
1c. oil
3 eggs
2c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2c. coco
1 tsp. salt
1c. nuts optional
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Then add dry ingredients and raisins and nuts optional.
Bake 2 loaves for 1 hour at 350 F. or until done in center. cool and turn out of pan.
