I have the red 3 hatch turbo and these type of videos really help me out when it comes to what works with this car
Some 8.5x18 Enkei T6Rs with +38 offset still poke just a touch, and the 245/40R18s(Continental ExtremeContact's) they're wrapped in just barely tuck up into the fender well under full compression.
Seriously, big appreciation for the details and the specs being mentioned because I wasn't even sure where to start measuring to make sure the wheel/tire combo I wanted would actually fit. Seeing the clear view of your fitment at @8:10 along with the detailed info gave me all I needed to pull the trigger on my setup.
Was actually waiting to see a Mazda 3 with these wheels for visuals 😵

Those wheels look great! The 7 spokes really opens it up to see the blue calipers - which would have gone so well with bronze! Too bad that didn't work out but the gunmetal is perfect. That's a bummer about the front center cap.
Got the Vercelli Stradas too, they are actually pretty good! A little slippy in rain but other than that theyre solid! looking good man

Subbed! Keep us updated on those tires. I’ll be needing some in the spring. They seem like a solid contender. The issue with the front center cap is common on most wheels for mazda’s, the axle stud sticks out quite a bit

Dude you're my go to guy for this sexy hatch. Its such a good looking car with great features for price. I have a 21 turbo in metallic gray and I think the either these chrome or one step down in shine wheels would look great on it. What you think?

Do you need to have a new TPMS in the new wheel set?
Your car and wheels look 👀 good, I was actually looking at these wheels & the brand that Fitment Industries I believe created, and wanted a set but gotta save up some more money. I wasn’t sure if any other Mazda3 bought any of their wheels. I seen the “Raven” 6 spoke directional, and their “Night” in Picasa Blue, witch I like the look of because in certain lights it can look blue or purple. But I do like these but my 2011 Mazda3 I-Touring Sedan is in the Graphite Mirca color witch is like a gunmetal grey-ish color so I’d rather go with Black, Picasa Blue, Silver, or chrome but I’m definitely now considering this brand over ESR, Enkei, Konig, Vors*** I’m actually going to wait a couple more years and then buy a Like-New Used with low mileage 2021-23 Mazda3 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus Hatchback for the first time owning a Turbo vehicle and AWD and I really like Mazda’s after owning mine. Love your content and can’t wait to see more!! Subscribed!!

Hey what do you do with the tire pressure sensors? Do you just not use them? Can you move them from your old wheel and put on the new one? If you dont use them do does the car always have the essage that the tire needs air?
I ordered new ones with the new wheels!If you run them without I’d image you’d have a tire pressure light on all the time.
Does the Mazda3 have front and rear camber adjustment? If I want to lower, what do you recommend for camber?
I couldn’t find much on this topic, but what I did come across is you can do front camber adjustments with camber bolts or coilovers with camber plates. But unfortunately you can’t adjust the rear unless you have it fabricated
Are you going to calibrate your speedometer sensor to account for the larger tires or just leave it as is.
With the new size the speedometer is only off by half a mph, I’m not worried about it!
I love a nice 7 spoke concave wheel. I have a similar style on my Mazda 3 (MB Battles 18x8 in gunmetal).

Did you have to get center hub rings? Apparently mine are like an inch from the hub so im seeing shaking up at the front end when reaching 60+. Mechanic said that they noticed that there was small space between the hub and the rim so it doent sit flush. What years is yours again?
I just had my 20k mile service done this past week and the tech told me the same thing. I had no idea or atleast didn’t notice it, after they told me and took it home I noticed the same thing, it’s very slight but I ordered some huh centric rings and will be putting them on asap! And mine is a 2022
@@StradysWorld Thanks for the quick reply. I just ordered some as well the 71mm to 67mm or w/e the measurements are i cant remember off the top of my head. Im definitely loving the kano and the thicker tires. Great recommendation! Still waiting for my aftermarket bolts lol
if I get a different style of wheels, but the same wheel specs would the fitment be the same or differrent?
An 18x8.5 +35 will give the same fitment regardless of what style you’re going with.
Curious why don't you go for 19"?

So I learned from another commenter that this an axle bolt. This is apparently a very common issue with aftermarket wheels on Mazdas, there’s really no way around it unfortunately.
Did You get TPMS sensors in the wheels or did you not need them?
Forgot to mention that in the video but yes I added new TPMS sensors with this new set up!
did the tires come inflated from fitment industries or did you inflate them before installing?
Yes they come inflated! If you package a set of wheels and tires together from them, they mount and balance the wheels. And all you have to do is install them straight onto your car.
Will 235/R18/40 fit on the Mazda 3 2020 hatchback factory rim, I want a bigger size tire on factory rim
no, maximum is 225/45/R18
Hey!, I'm just wondering if you have any recommendations to get headlights such as the signatures for a 2020 Mazda 3 hatchback? I've been looking everywhere and can't find anything. Also are you planning on getting more mods for performance on your Mazda?
They have them available at mikstoreph.com .. and yes I plan on adding more performance mods but we are still pretty limited on that department for the NA model 😪

@@StradysWorld You should look into the VT supercharger. A few on guys on youtube already have it and there is a facebook group about it. I'm just not confident enough in myself to jump in yet.
Looks great bro. I'm new to car mods and fitment and all that stuff. Still learning what the numbers mean for wheel measurements and all that. This video was extremely helpful and I love those new wheels. I have the 2019 Mazda 3 Hatch and it bothers me how thin/narrow the tires are. I don't like the look at all. I might even grab a set of these wheels.

The tires actually did come with the wheels. I picked them up from Anovia and they give you the option to package the wheels and tires together! They mount and balance them at their facility and ship them straight to you and all you have to do is install them straight onto your car!

@@Jake4G So for that I had a local shop do the chrome delete for me. They do sell some premade delete kits on eBay I believe.
@@StradysWorld Perfect. I'm gonna go this route too, for the chrome delete and the wheels and the lowering springs. I would rather pay someone to mod my car and avoid the hassle. Pus I don't have a garage or jacks or tools.

Could get a 5mm spacers, to push it away just a little to put the center caps on. (or shave the nut)
Have you ever looked into the European spec headlights for the 4th gens? They don't have the orange reflector like the US spec. Would look really clean!

Yeah unfortunately that’s just the car industry. Manuals are cheaper to make so let’s throw it in the top trim to make a bigger profit. I guess that’s their thought process.
Federalizarion costs. Years ago it was $42M per engine/transmission combo per chassis. That's why a lot of OEMs only offer 1 engine/trans option over the life of the vehicle...
how did you get the cap to fit in the clips at the end?
The caps in the rear fit just fine without issue. The fronts there was nothing I could do.

what size lug nuts you get with these rims?
The lug nuts needed for Mazda 3s is M12x1.5

They will but they’ll be stretched quite a bit

I always get mud guards for my vehicles…can’t stand all the dirt, tar, and rock chips in that area of the bumper.
