Agreed 💯% I served in the military for ten years and was injured in Iraq, I came home and started working for a fabrication company and was making 18.00$ an hour for 17 year's I worked with a broken back till I couldn't stand it anymore.when I retired I was making 24.00$ an hour
Now I get a monthly check for being service connected veteran 1400.$ a month, I could have almost made that a week before I had to retire
$12.00 an hour?? Where in this entire country is that ANY kind of livable wage??? It needs to be 20 or 25 an hour at least!!! Those states

Them huge tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires I’m sure that money gets back into republicans pockets or benefits in one way or another and not just by campaign funding. I believe it’s waste fraud and abuse.
Poor Chip Roy, off to defend those who are struggling with their multi million dollar stock prortfolio, or their holiday home in one of the many tax havens. Add on those poor multi billion dollar profit making companies topping the charts and you have the ever present violin of top end entitlement playing loud and proud. Sorry, but when you make as much in a day as others in a year, or in others case a lifetime, you have no complaints to make. If everyone is forced to pay what the law says, you damn well better too.
Because when you look at how much is lost each year to tax avoidance and understand this compounds every year - you might realise why everything is not as it should be.
