I'm so glad that I found your channel !!! We are going to Lake Powell in April for a week fishing trip, taking our new boat. We have chased the "boils" from rented houseboats in the past. We had "some" success. First trip with a true fishing boat. I've been watching several of your videos. They are very informative and done very well ! To the point. These videos are the information that I was hoping to find. Thank you for a great product.
It's nice to see someone making fishing content for the region I live and fish, if you ever find yourself back in the southern Utah area I'd be more than happy to head out to Quail, Sandhollow or Gunlock and rip some lips with you!
Thanks for the info little brother!!..I'll be there March see what happens..Last time I was at Lake Powell there was 5,898.598,593,809 boaters there..Lots of waves
I need to watch more videos and you may say this but what parts of Lake Powell are you generally on? Seems like a lot of guys fish way up north. I have been trying to get my dad out but he doesn't like going up to Halls Crossing. I am fine going up there its just a haul from south of Phoenix.
I wish I could fish more in the northern part of the lake, seems to be better action from what I understand. I do pretty well from Warm Creek on up to the San Juan split so I can't complain. I usually try to make it to the Rock Creek area at least and go from there. Really depends on time of year. Thank you for watching! Tight Lines!
@@precipiceofgrind thanks for the reply. I have been watching your videos and getting more info. I just need to get off my butt and go up there considering we can't do much else right now..

When you troll those rattle traps do you use a down rigger or do the dive/sink on their own?
They dive by themselves, I don't use a down rigger. Thanks for watching btw!!
