- The plaintiff rented an apartment from the defendant. However, the building was infested with bed bugs, and her stuff was ruined, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims this whole case is a hoax so the plaintiff can get out of her lease early.

I'm amazed a 50 year friendship has to come down to this. It's weird when you think about it. I have two friends that we are still close and we're 70 and have know each other since were were 11. I couldn't imagine doing this to them or vice versa.

Old men can be weird when it comes to their way of thinking. Something changes in their mind and they start doing weird stuff that makes absolutely no sense. They just don’t care about anything or what people think of them as they hit that age. It’s sad that happens though.

What everyone fail's to do is remember. In the beginning he told him and the Judge upgrading would cost 600 dollars, he only charged 480, I do not see an issue here. I imagine the Judge has early stages of Alzheimer's Am I the only person who caught this?
This is a misunderstanding I hope they don't lose their friendship over this, if they do they will never friends😢😢😢
Without even looking at his computer, i can say that the likely culprit of the PC shutting off/rebooting is likely one of these two things:
1) overheating (I’d be willing to bet he has tons of dust bunnies inside of it) Dust & Heat are the bane of electronics.
2) very old PC likely can’t handle the load of whatever he’s trying to run on it. I’d look at Task Manager - > Processes to see what’s hoggjng up the memory and/or cpu cycles.
Or bad memory...Coule be a few things. But I would be surprised if you could find parts to fix a 15 year old computer. Old parts are quite expensive if you can find them. Well 15 year old parts...

The plaintiff is correct. The defendant's office probably prefers a dell or a mac. He just doesn't know it. 🤣 This is cute. Too old to learn new tricks.
When Harvey starts his bartering with the street audiences it just makes me cringe. The questions he usually asked are are dumb and annoying.
I personally think he does a good job in a 30 second slot! He times it to perfection each time.

WHAT? The plaintiff should have been awarded the full $480. I think the judge forgot that the agreed $300 was for the plaintiff's old computer, not for the defendant's upgraded hardware computer. Sometimes the judge really doesn't listen. And since they never agreed on a price for the upgraded computer, and the defendant gave his OK before knowing the price, then that is what is owed. It's not like the plaintiff was even charging him for labour, but just for the parts...
