Jm be going off lol when ppl trying to explain their case. Defendant was trying to explain the driver paperwork. She be quick to say " stop" then ask seconds later for the answer 🙄
What show do the audience on the street watch? Because they are always getting the case wrong when Harvey asks questions. The plantiff literally said she went up the elevator with the tv and the man in the street audience said “I don’t buy it, it probably got damaged when she took it up 6 flights of stairs”
It looks like the damage came from peeling the plastic off of the screen and accidentally peeling the actual screen on the tv. Judge M interrupts people that are either lying or sound like they memorized a script to tell in court. She is just challenging the person to test the validity of their testimony.
At a minimum, the friend who received it should have noticed damage to the box. I received a damaged TV- I noted the damage to the box. The delivery people noted the damage and the company (Amazon) had a replacement tv delivered the next DAY!.
Hold on!!! That's a pretty bad crack, if it was dropped while transportation the box would also have damage. The foams are there for these very reasons and do pretty good at absorbing shock. This TV was definitely damaged after it was removed from it's packaging
Yeah she lost because of the length of time. 16 days worked against her. The friend should have inspected the TV, signed for it after it's placed back into the box. If there were cracks, then it would have been easier to isolate the time when it was damaged.
Plaintiff is a little lady who with a friend is moving such a big item. They are not experienced in moving big things. Also she is not experienced in getting such a big tv out of the box. So quite likely she broke the tv.
Maybe next time order a TV from Amazon, I have never had problems with returning damaged items to them. I once ordered a 34" Computer Monitor that showed a the left hand side of the screen as being black when turned on, I possibly damaged it when trying to set it up. I had it replaced within a week. It is garbage that a delivery company will wait while you test the TV, most of them struggle to even ring your doorbell when dropping off the item.
total Narcissist the plaintiff princess expects everything to go her way no matter what. The defendant doesnt want his name or company exposed ?? red flags on both sides. But the plaintiff is off her rocker You Pay Now ! no happy ending
Not sure I believe her, cuz usually people will at least open box and look at the cool tv not necessarily take it out of the box but look at it then she shipped it there which is odd too
Seems like a lot of people handling the box and going through two different locations. It would have been different if when the TV was delivered to the first location and then immediately opened up. It might be different. But way to many hands.
I received products from the manufacturer direct that were damage. I used to deliver appliances and electronic equipment. We always checked the item before it left the warehouse. Guess what I found a few that were damaged doing the shipping. She did the right thing by reporting it when she found it.
JML is annoying all the time: She ask questions and interrupts the litigants...Sheesh!! You can't even finish answering her questions. SMH- She bugging out 😂
I agree with the decision but I hate when she always says "you signed that it was in good condition!" but nobody opens a TV Box out in the street and is able to inspect it completely 🤣 🤣 when is the last time someone has done that?
They explained that because of the business, they ask to plug the tv in to check and they declined and just signed. When I hired movers, they ask to sign that things are good and we went around and made sure. Some of y'all are just lazy.
I seriously wonder if Harvey himself always practices the advice he gives at the end. Harvey said you should inspect all packages before the delivery person leaves but who really does that and does he really do that himself?

No, she knows exactly what she’s doing. She understands EVERYTHING.
She's not an airhead, she's a lying crook trying to get money for something that she broke.
There’s no way that TV got that significant damage through the box without the box being damaged and noticeable upon delivery.
I know she gonna lose

Now the TV costs 1/10 the cost.
Who knows what may have happened at her friend's house. Or anywhere else along the way.
