2 things I don’t understand in life 1: Mathematics 2: *Why people don’t give me a chance to make it on RUclips even though I work so hard making good content* Help
I'm literally someone who has to mentally prepare for saying my order because I'm shy and sometimes have social anxiety. The idea of treating someone like dirt while they are doing something for you is crazy to me. It gives me anxiety just picturing some of these customers! lol Also, watching you make these sandwiches (and donuts in another video) is incredibly mesmerizing! Now I'm hungry. 😆
As someone who has a mom with bipolar/schizophrenic/manic actions commend you on how you handled this. Believe me, it is not easy to handle someone with such problems but you used common sense to get through the situation, very commendable

I stayed calm for the first couple years I was at a restaurant, then I became a manager followed by the start if covid. The rudeness and entitlement ramped up to an all time high and my employees started to suffer for it. So I put my foot down and started kicking out/banning customers left and right, eventually word got around that bad behavior was not tolerated and people either avoided the store or behaved. My employees where happier and that's all that mattered to me.
As an ex subway employee, I once had a customer order 4 sandwiches and when it was time to pay said "the guy working yesterday said I could get 4 sandwiches to replace the ones he messed up on" and I had to tell her "ma'am we only have female staff here", she replied with "that impossible" and which I said "no, your trying to scam us, please leave" and then she left saying "im gonna call corporate"
The way she was acting, after she touched those sodas I would not have allowed her to put them back and just say "Covid... you touch them, you buy them."
Respect for your calm, sir! Had similar situations happen to me when I worked fast food. Usually tried to stay as calm as possible when customers like that show up, but not gon lie. Gets REAL hard when it happens to be the rush hour and there's five other people waiting to order. Nothing has yet topped the one time when a women legit called the cops on us because we neglected to ask her if she wanted a drink. Like. Literally brought in the cops because we didn't ASK her if she wanted a drink before she sat down. There was a drink fridge right next to her- I get that we probably coulda done better at servicing her by asking her if she did want a beverage. But I just can't fathom how terrible a mood ya gotta be in to drag the law enforcement in for something like this. There were several other tables around that I needed to wait on, but watching my co-workers deal with the lady just blew my mind. The police did arrive though. And they were not happy that they were called in lol.
Lol - goodbye franchise. Franchise owners are meant to maintain their parent co's values / rules. Too many of those encounters and owners could lose the ownership of the area

This is actually something I hate so much from customers I worked at a mini market and ppl coming to buy drinks and they be like: why is this [x] price? this is [x] cents cheaper in other mini markets and I'm just thinking: *well okay you're free to leave and go to those mini markets, if you know they're cheaper there, shut your mouth, leave and go to those mini markets* but I just stay shut because courtesy.

That my friend is someone who wants to be in charge. She wanted to control the situation and like you stated, every-time you gave her an option. She felt in control and was ok with keeping the sandwich. Good job man! You kept that situation calm, you got the sale and she’s happy. Not everyone can do that but you did

Nobody can take a joke anymore. I used to be like that and still am a bit, but I've been working on it ever since I realised my friends were just throwing banter around and I was getting offended
I worked at braum's and a lady asked to get crackers, and I put crackers on her tray, and when she got her order, she freaked out and said "Wait wait wait, I wanted CROUTONS, not crackers!" She literally yelled it and all of the customers stared at me, and I just said "You asked for crackers, not croutons." She literally lost her crap and started cussing me out. And I was young, so I started having a mini anxiety attack until my manager came and fixed everything and (politely) asked the lady to watch how she talks to his employees, and when she STORMED out of the braum's everyone was cheering. She never came back, at least until I quit and got a new job at someplace else. So long story short, customers are NOT always right! ☺

when i worked at a subway in germany 10 years ago we were told to put 6 of each on the sub. 6 tomatoes 6 pickles, even only 6 olive rings. was pretty sad to look at
I only went to subway on the US (I live on the Dominican Republic) and I was so nervous not because i didn’t knew English, it was because I didn’t knew what to order so since I was the only costumer there the worker told me the type of breads and all that stuff. Mass respect for subway workers for having to deal with this

I work at tacobell and one of the most annoying complaints is when people say the food is cold even when it's freshly made. Some of the ingredients like the lettuce and cheddar cheese are suppose to be cold to preserve them longer but it tricks some customers into thinking the entire item is cold. And the worst part is when you make it again and you're still having a hard time convincing them that it's normal to be like that. Edit: I wasn't expecting so many likes 😳
Even tho if you just took your order right away after it comes out of the fire when you just put lettuce or tomato or anything cold in the sup the food turns cold right away so it's not the restaurant fault I mean who's fault is it that the sub got some vegetables you can't put on fire😑😑

Unfortunately some people are like this and you were very kind. I've worked with mcdonalds and subway and there are just those customers. I had two that everytime complained and did it for free food until they did it to the owner and we told him about these two. They weren't allowed back

I 100% check customers acting rude af in the most professional way possible. I think it’s important that they understand that what they’re doing is not acceptable. Some people feel embarrassed at their behavior and apologize then they stop being rude, some people whine and make excuses for being rude because they had a bad day or they’ve been having a hard time dealing with other customer service people, some people get angry and don’t want my help anymore-I love those people because they are too dumb to realize they’re doing ME a favor by not having to deal with them further 😂
subway policy actually states for tomatoes, "put enough to cover the full length of the sub" not five or six or anything specific just enough to cover side by side

Hey man! This is kinda random, but one day I was with my fam and we were out having fun and we stumbled over a subway. So I was like "Ayo! Let's get some subway, i was this dude online and he makes nice sandwiches" (ok im not that extroverted but i think you get my point). We walk into the subway and I kid you not, it was BEAUTIFUL (and we were in a pretty nice neighborhood too). I got a sandwich with my family and it was AMAZING, I could tell it was good because the empolyee working wrapped it nice and tight so nothing would spill out. There was a sticker too :> Ik this is really random but I just wanted to share it :)) Have a good day man!! 🍪
I don't work in food service anymore, but I always assumed those people were having a rough day, probably hangry, possibly having a panic attack. I'd rather think of them as genuinely nice people who don't mean to be rude. Makes it easier for me to not take it personally and to give them good service in spite of their behavior, and hopefully that means their day gets better and they don't keep lashing out at people.

Unfortunately some people are like this and you were very kind. I've worked with mcdonalds and subway and there are just those customers.
I had two that everytime complained and did it for free food until they did it to the owner and we told him about these two. They weren't allowed back
i have a huge amount of respect for customer service workers, they really do have to go through a lot because customers love to be condescending to them and milad handles these customers a lot better than i can!! i love your videos stuff like this keeps me going

I 100% check customers acting rude af in the most professional way possible. I think it’s important that they understand that what they’re doing is not acceptable. Some people feel embarrassed at their behavior and apologize then they stop being rude, some people whine and make excuses for being rude because they had a bad day or they’ve been having a hard time dealing with other customer service people, some people get angry and don’t want my help anymore-I love those people because they are too dumb to realize they’re doing ME a favor by not having to deal with them further 😂
subway policy actually states for tomatoes, "put enough to cover the full length of the sub" not five or six or anything specific just enough to cover side by side

I work at subway& it always blows my mind on how we literally make peoples food in front of them n some people still have the nerve to complain after we ring them up
To be honest, half the time I'm watching one of these videos I just pay attention to Milad making the food
I work in a resturant, and trust me, these types of entitled people are so common. I'm so depressed working at my job because of people like this, it makes my job very hard. We can't do anything other than just smile and serve. Milad, you dealt with her very well! If it was me, I would be crying for sure!

This is kinda random, but one day I was with my fam and we were out having fun and we stumbled over a subway. So I was like "Ayo! Let's get some subway, i was this dude online and he makes nice sandwiches" (ok im not that extroverted but i think you get my point). We walk into the subway and I kid you not, it was BEAUTIFUL (and we were in a pretty nice neighborhood too).
I got a sandwich with my family and it was AMAZING, I could tell it was good because the empolyee working wrapped it nice and tight so nothing would spill out. There was a sticker too :>

I don't work in food service anymore, but I always assumed those people were having a rough day, probably hangry, possibly having a panic attack. I'd rather think of them as genuinely nice people who don't mean to be rude. Makes it easier for me to not take it personally and to give them good service in spite of their behavior, and hopefully that means their day gets better and they don't keep lashing out at people.
