Brilliant video, I bought the Autoglym products used here and followed the application, the results are first rate, I am very impressed, it is pricey BUT as always with Autoglym, it works and works well. Thanks
I use these three products. I always feel that the contact wash stage can be quite rushed particularly on warmer days so use in the shade. I agree, these are quick to use products but I’d advise to use quite regularly to ensure protection remains. Certainly good when pushed for time I would say. Very good video, thank you.
I have just got a pressure washer and the polar kit you used. looking forward to using it. Great video and have started following you. Keep up the good work mate.
Leave the foam on ten minutes to allow the product to do its work before rinsing and don’t have the water pressure too high as you only need to rinse the foam off. Don’t risk damaging your rubber seals as my Volvo dealership stated.
Thanks you👍..I would say 1-2 months basically when you want to top up the seal/protection you can use the wash to just give a deeper clean. However you can use it as much as you'd like just keep in mind it will strip/deteriorate the wax protection. As long as you don't let it dry on your car there won't be any negative effects.
Honestly you can't avoid it i did spray it on the windscreen and with no issues. They say to follow up with a glass cleaner. The only reason is that the silicones in the seal have a tendency possibly to streak with wiper blades.
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 wow so the idea of washing Ur care every 2 weeks is a no go then, atleast using this. Is there an alternative wash and seal that would be able to achieve this. I ask assume the pre wash form is fine or pH wise
Carpro hydro2 touch less sealant is similar to polar seal. And carpro lift snow foam is also sort of a intensive cleaning prewash similar to the polar wash. I have a video on lift on my channel. If you seal your car with polar seal you can use any shampoo to wash it and when it starts weakening just reapply. You can also buy any polar kit product seperate so you can just buy the polar seal if you want and use regular shampoo to maintain.
Just water in the bucket. You spray the polar wash with the foam cqnon and just use plain water to rinse the mit. Adding some soap in the bucket won't hurt but it's not needed
The polar blast you can leave on a few mins(5mins) but don't let dry. The wash id say spray half the car and do a contact wash then rinse off and then do other half just so you don't risk it drying because it is a stronger cleaner. If you aren't gonna do a contact wash and just a foam and rinse then you can apply it similar to blast let dwell 3-5mins then rinse As for the polar seal spray the whole car and immediately rinse off.
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 thanks for the reply I’ve bought this kit today but havnt had chance to use it yet. Also when you contact wash are you using warm water or always cold?
Le-sigh... if only we had some more of there stuff here in Canada... I wanted to try their UHD shampoo, but last year they sold out and that was it... Yet oddly they have the Ceramic coating and wax lol. now... just need to get a pressure washer when it's actually in bloody stock... Only issue I have is with the bottle, they got enough real-estate on that thing to put markings for solution ratios, but that's a nit pick...that I wanting more of their stuff on the shelves lol
Not really i always foam then rinse. I find the more dirty a car is I prefer laying down the foam before going with the pressure washer I feel the foam is more gentle and helps lubricate and encapsulate the dirt before pressure washer puts the strong spray of water.
I’ve tried using these products on my car, but did not have as good of results as you did. What pressure washer do you use, and where did you get the foam end for it?
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 thank you so much for the reply. I appreciate it my friend. You have gained a sub from me !... do you think this is one of the best sets to buy?
Thank you 👌 🙌...if you looking for a foam canon type wash and sealant set then yeah this is a good choice. Just remember the polar wash strips waxes and sealants so maybe not ideal for an every time wash but other than that its good.
Its what autoglym advise for the polar seal. It's something to do with the polymers that will potentially give a undesirable finish to the convertible top
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 thanks for the reply. I think it’s okay for the polar blast to go on the roof, it’s the shampoo and the seal that can’t go on it I think!
When I read the data sheet for the product it said it had a ph of 12.6. Its also known to be stronger than polar blast(ph neutral) so I doubt its neutral cause its there to be a stronger cleaner.
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 you are right. My bad. Some websites state that it's pH Neutral when in fact its not. However, Autoglym states it won't remove waxes or its Extra Gloss Protection
No a proper ceramic coating (those in a small bottle) is very chemical resistant usually (check chemical resistant rating) so polar wash won't effect it. As for ppf I dont think it will however I'm not certain about that.
I did read them and as I said in the video if you missed it. I purposely sprayed it on the glasses to see what would happen. They also say follow up with a glass cleaner if needed and my windscreen didn't have any issues.

Wonderful review and excellent explanation. Cheers man.
Thank you 👍
Polar blast one of the best snow foam!!
Great video!!
👍💪
Agreed!..thank you
Polar Seal is incredible tbh - dont know of anything else thats as easy/quick with same effect
Just used all these products today and going to use the aqua wax tomorrow
Great video 👍
Thanks 👌
Very informative video, thank you.
Are you drying after with a microfiber cloth or with an air dryer? Thanks
Thank you👍 You can use either but I used a micro fibre in the video

I've used a few of these snow foams which is good fun to do but the car always needs a contact wash to really get the dirt off.
Very useful and helpful. Thank you.
Appreciate it thank you👍
Great review 👍
Thank you👍
thank you for a great video.
would you recomemmend these products for starting a car wash
Thank you👍...I would as they are high quality products but for an express carwash they will be expensive so depends the level of carwash you going for
Do you need to Aggitate the polor wash? Or will it take the dirt off just by leaving it on for the correct time then washing it off?, thanks
If the dirt is light then the polar wash being a ph active cleaner should remove it however with heavier dirt agitating will be needed.
Great video thank you
Polar seal only needs one time rinse and its done.
Great video. How often would you recommend to use this to avoid negative effect due to high PH.
Also how can one avoid not spraying the windows Ur using a jet wash, water will eventually touch it.

Did you use a bucket of warm or cold water when agitating the polar wash?
Cold water straight from the tap
Do you pre rinse before you apply the pre wash if your car is really dirty?

Using karcher k5 premium pressure washer and the foam cannon is from crazydetailer.co.za
Also double check you using the correct dilutions other wise it probably is the equipment
Hi can use this seal as a top up + maintenance wash on ceramic wax product ?
Yes you can👍
Hi do you need to dry the car after the seal
Yes immediately dry after. So apply the seal, then pressure wash it off and then dry the car.

With the seal it will not last to long I use it after two weeks.
That's true but the ease of use sort of out ways that I guess

Where can i purchase polar wash?
agretailsa.co.za/
SA autoglym site. Also linked in the description
Try auto bright magi foam.
I would unfortunately it is not available in my country or even for import.
Where can i get the moles 😂
Moles?
Polar Wash is pH neutral
When I read the data sheet for the product it said it had a ph of 12.6. Its also known to be stronger than polar blast(ph neutral) so I doubt its neutral cause its there to be a stronger cleaner.
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 you are right. My bad. Some websites state that it's pH Neutral when in fact its not.

That is correct it won't completely remove it but it has the potential to deteriote wax protection faster than a normal shampoo.
@@autoexquisitedetail7706 will it deteriorate Ceramic Coating faster too? And do you think it's safe to use on PPF?
No a proper ceramic coating (those in a small bottle) is very chemical resistant usually (check chemical resistant rating) so polar wash won't effect it. As for ppf I dont think it will however I'm not certain about that.
You need to read the instructions, Instructions says don't put the Seal on the windscreen
I did read them and as I said in the video if you missed it. I purposely sprayed it on the glasses to see what would happen. They also say follow up with a glass cleaner if needed and my windscreen didn't have any issues.
