Chicken Tempeh in the Air Fryer:
2 packages of tempeh
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp olive oil
----- after cooking top with:
2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
2 tsp nutritional yeast
Directions:
1. Cut the tempeh in half and place in a pan with a half cup of water. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
2. Next, mix the spices and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside. Then drain the tempeh and dice into small bite-sized pieces. Transfer the tempeh cubes to a mixing bowl and pour the spices and olive oil on top. Toss well.
3. Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes, then shake and continue cooking for 3-6 more minutes, or until golden and crispy.
4. Then transfer the tempeh back to the mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and nutritional yeast and enjoy!

These recipes look delicious. Do You enjoy doing the shorts instead of full videos on your recipes?
NOPE! lol I like both, don't get me wrong but I love OG RUclips videos much more than short-form content. I think it's easier to describe the important details of the recipe and share helpful information when there's more time. My RUclips videos are usually around 10 minutes and a Short is less than 1 minute. I think longer videos allow me to be more helpful, and I think they have a cozier feel...like hanging out with a friend. I will always like making RUclips videos more but I am enjoying the creative challenge of making short-form content and finding ways to make it helpful and cozy in a different format. Which do you prefer?
@@NikkiVegan I prefer longer videos I like when you show us how to make the recipes so I can go back to a video & follow along. I only watch shorts of RUclipsrs I'm subscribed too. I also like when you vlog the day & show behind the scenes. Hope your enjoying your Sunday.

These recipes look aMAZing! See if you can invent some sort or card to rub which smells like the dish so us viewers can also smell the aromas!! On another note, how did you so easily pull out and then push back in your fridge? Is it a model that comes on wheels or is that something you had to buy?
haha good question! This one came with the apartment and it's on wheels which makes things so much easier. And yes, smell-o-vision would be so cool for cooking videos! Maybe on day 😊😊

Aw thank you! I'm 35 😊 I've had so many internships over the years! I've worked at newspaper, a production company, a modeling agency...a few others. I learned so much at each one and I even though I don't work in any of those fields, I use a lot of what I learned doing what I do now. To quote Oprah "There's something to learn from every experience" and I'm really grateful for all of them ❤️
