Funny story but Kalyn Nicholson-also vegan- had a brand and channel named Koze, as in cozy, and someone else started a brand with the same name so she changed her name and dissolved the brand 😭😭 Not quite the same thing but I wanted to share the story.

I was just writing this comment about a suggestion for your apple cake to get more of that apple-y flavor you’re looking for but then you tried it and were happy with it! Plus it looks perfect and delicious!!!!!! If you ever want to tweak it again, I just tried an apple coffee cake that actually reconstituted dried-apples to also incorporate into the crumble…insane apple flavor.
Really enjoyed this, can’t follow the stuffed pumpkins exactly as we’re coeliacs, but again great inspiration there thanks Nikki! Love both of your artwork on pumpkins, defo going to do that aswell as carving this year! 🎃🖌️
Hi… I’ve actually made this recipe using gluten-free cornbread and beyond sausage as a substitute and it came out very good my daughter is gluten free, so I had to improvise. I hope you’ll give it a try and enjoy 😊

I am not a baker and I guess recipe testing would not be for me, exact measuring is not my thing. I love to cook and adjust as I go. I'm absolutely making the acorn squash this week. Do you have a vegan cornbread recipe?

Did you make the cornbread or bought it from somewhere? 😢
I use a store-bought mix and swap a flax egg for the chicken's eggs in the directions. Works pretty well! I like the Whole Foods 365 mix and Jiffy is good too
