This video just changed my life. I have been having horrible neck, upper back and arm pain that radiates clear down into my right hand. I have no health insurance and haven’t been able to go to see a Dr. and the pain has been unbearable. After watching this video I tried this method and had instant relief. Thank you SO MUCH for posting....it’s made such a difference in my life!

You guys are great, cause as per your guideline I have been continuing for the last 6 months & now I am 100% relieved from painful cervical spondylosis of 3 cervical joints, it is amazing, that I was prohibited to ride motor bike but now I used to ride it on an average of 80 kilometres per day. Thanks to My creator almighty Allah, and also you people, may Allah bless you.

I wasted money buying a traction set up that hooked over the door and used a pouch full of water as a weight, it was so lame. This is so much better but even moreso if someone does it for you. thank you for posting, I just shared this with a friend who complained of neck pain so I came online to find a video in case my instructions weren't clear. How perfect it was to find your video.

I have to stop back in to thank you, Bob and Brad. I had a slip on the ice a while back and banged a knee and arm, which is what I paid attention to at first. Over time, though, my left shoulder and arm and even my right arm became very painful. I did shoulder stretches and nothing seemed to help. Poking around led me to a bulge on the side of my neck - already the trouble spot in my frame - that seemed to be the source of all the other problems. One morning, I stumbled across this video and began the self-traction. There was immediate relief to my arms and over time to my left shoulder and neck, which have begun to heal.
At this particular time, I wasn't interested in sitting in a doctor's waiting room or being shuffled from doc to doc, urgent care or ER. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, for what you do, especially now when the focus needs to be on such extremely ill individuals.

For me after awhile it comes back so I’m hoping if I keep doing this for several weeks it will finally be gone. I’ve had stiffness on and off for many years so thinking it may take awhile

Hi, new subscriber here. Geat vids, thank you. I have a couple herniated discs in my neck, neck not so much pain but the top of my forearm whenever I do any kind of pulling motions like chin up, pull ups, curls, especially hammer curls, or having someone in a headlock, I do MMA, is extremely painful. If I continue to squeeze or pull my left arm in the top of my forearm is really painful and I cant squeeze or pull anymore without it feeling like my bone is going to break. Ive had a MRI that shows the herniated discs but docs said slightly herniated. I'd like to continue MMA and weight training but I'm wondering if my only option is surgery. or if I'll have to stop all those physical activities and do stretches and exercises to be without pain. Thank you
