Sana Neng , makapagpicture Karin ng mura at abot halagang property or mga foreclosed na property ALAM mo naman kung gaano kahirap ang panahon bihira naghahanap ng pangmayaman na property pero kung affordable na halaga maraming naghahanap.
Can I suggest? Please do something to improve the sound quality. U can invest on not so expensive gadget and or download some apps na pde mag eliminate ng Echo. You have good presentation of your video, in general, its done nicely. I was able to visualize the house orientation in every video youve done. Do something with the echo. 😇😇😇✌️✌️✌️

Why did u not mention the pricelist of the property ? Buyers need to know how much is the price of house & lot that real estate agents is showing ? I notice Pilipino agents are not disclosing the price of the property of which they are showing. Why? are you guys hiding something ? You have to be honest & straight forward in dealing with buyers.... Disclose everything, thats your duty.

All you showing to promote unit every where, I don’t know why you don’t have the details of TCP, Reservations, Downtown Payment and the monthly Amortization, is it installment basis or Cash, that’s why the customer will have idea if they will grab it , or cannot afford. If can afford that’s the time have a chance to contact you.
