The problem with SM is their properties are not as classy as the Ayala construction. Mega world and Fil Invest might be better than SM Development Corp.

It seems that these developers are pushing PH realty prices to the roof. These luxury real estate would only cater to expatriates as most Filipinos aren't rich! The government should put an end to these developers unconscientious approach to development as definitely it wouldn't bring anything to local populace but would just push them to areas without the appropriate infrastructures.
It is the job of the gov't to provide similar if not even better living conditions..be it in the city or in provincial areas. The Private Sector is pushing for urban developments.The Gov't should match those moves!! Eradicate Corruption in the gov't heirarchy from top to bottom.

di pa siguro in 10 years, pero it will be a nice place to live in for retirement, even for new family with kids because schools are just around and malls and fastfoods, restaurants and a lot of parks where you can go to, inside Nuvali are there, not to mention the bike trails, and other activation areas, jungle like of trees producing clean air, etc...
