We need a new Post Master General someone who has climbed the ranks!
Please get DeJoy out of his job before he does more damage.
My stepdad was laid off from his job and he took a job with the post office. He is a commonsense guy and here is what he observed.
1. The leadership is poor at best. They are unqualified and treat the workers like garbage
2. They never use commonsense. If something is done in an inefficient way they do not want any ideas to correct it. They will belittle you if you suggest ideas to better the job.
Facts we have supervisors that are definitely not qualified as well as MDO’s not trying to judge but their dumb as a door bell
How about asking Dejoy about the postal vehicle shortage and the A.C. Issues we are having with the old LLV postal vehicles:
Ask him to explain the following video made by a potential postal worker who stumbled upon 1000’s of new Metris right handed driver vehicles on a hidden lot in South Carolina

Why is he trying to run a government service like a business? We have trump to thank for this mess.
He admits he has no knowledge and no intent to make positive changes in the post office.
Nope no answers and lots of stuttering
Ask him about new employee retention and why so many new employees are quitting and why if they don’t quit they’re getting fired during their 90 day probationary period for being a little to slow at carrier routes rather than addressing the potential issues leading to new recruits being slow at mail deliveries and work toward remedying it rather than fire them. DeJoy doesn’t have a hiring issue that’s causing the worker shortage but rather a new hire retention issue.
Fixing the USPS to be competitive with FedEx, ups and Amazon is impossible.
Sure. Wherever whatever whenever FedEx, UPS and Amazon can’t deliver or have better deal they dump their boxes on USPS. I know as a USPS employee. By the way FedEx stopped delivering Amazon packages couple of years ago. USPS wasn’t approached as a business from the beginning and was regulated by government, now they wanted to cut costs. USPS should be nonprofit. Congress has a decision to raise or not prices on stamps. Where else do you see that.
how long will they allow this CEO 2 stay in charger 4 he show no change but shout downs if no show go home thank you
If it is basic math, you have to have identified the problem, why can't you articulate the problem?

It really shouldn’t be usps’s problem people would rather read the internet. If usps loses money on delivering magazines, that is an unfair burden. Print fewer per year or create a congressional grant program to circulate them under the banners of culture and literacy.
Seems like a sweet guy.
This gotta be sarcasm
The postal service in Virginia is discusting and way behind the times!! So many problems packages not being delivered, not enough workers at the post office!!!
keep lowering the wage I'm sure that will get people to stick around
