That is cool. I've been to several distilleries in Kentucky but didn't get quite an extensive tour at any of them. At least, I don't remember them being that extensive. I sampled at each one but did not drive. It was fun.
As a "local," I have toured JD many times. I can remember when the tour was free, but you couldn't get so much as a sip anywhere in the county and the commemorative bottles sold in the gift shop were empty. Things have changed since then.
Did anyone ask , how far it was to the nearest liquor store , because they are in a dry county ? When I was there in 1984 the guide knew it to the step . You did not get to see one of the mellowing barrels full of Charcoal with the proof gauge ? They lifted the cover , and wooo boy could you smell it , and it smelled ... Good ...
Aah, cool cool.... but i have to say. Give me a bottle of scottish ilay whiskey of any kind, and I'll enjoy each drop to death. Give me a bottle of Jack, and I'll pass that thing along to someone who can bear it 😅
That's cool. Take a trip a bit further north to Bowling Green, KY and do a tour of the National Corvette Museum.
Wow, this was a very interesting video I learned a lot about beer even though I don't drink it.
Wow that is so cool I was there in 2014 I love the fact that they preserve the history still looks the exact same
I've driven by there before. I couldn't stop at the time. It looks like it's worth making a trip back there when I can take the tour.
Pretty cool history!! I love it ,👍👍👍
Hey man hope you enjoyed my tour! Come back and see us again

I did. They didn’t allow cell phones inside in case of a spark.
