It is so good that RUclips has become a business for you Bjorn, I remember the nimber task days. now you look so happy and are doing so well, it's nice to combine a little family time with a drive. Actually thats what I want to see more of.. for those that are new to evs.. what it's like to live with them on a daily basis. the 1,000 kilomoter challenge is good, but in reality most of us won't do that everyday.

Video request: Try different route planners (We Charge, ABRP, Tesla, Google Maps etc.) for the same trip (TMY vs. ID4 vs. Polestar for example). See how accurate they are.
Minivans are the perfect vehicle. Can’t wait for the ID Buzz to come to the States!
As for Wifey, try an apple box under her feet. I know you’re partial to banana boxes, but look into apple boxes (they come in different heights). Slip one under her feet and she’ll be comfy.

The car in this color and wheels looks really cool. I think the ID Buzz is the best design from all the ID’s. The ID4 and ID5 and ID7 look not proportional in my opinion.

Hi Bjørn, great Video and thx for sharing the trip with the ID Buzz! I'm an owner of a Buzz since january and have some same issues. You said in your videos you have problems with the settings that the Buzz doesn't keep over sleep.
Same thing here, very annoying! Do you also have a popup sometimes coming up that "new setting" are available?
I also noticed that the car has problems after sleeping when you park e.g. in driving mode "eco". Next day the car is in some functions still in "eco" without showing it and when you then switch again to "eco" it is not corretly switched for everything. You have so hit "sport" an then "eco" to get all in eco. I think the car state machine is not working 100% correcty after sleep.
What also is very annoying is when you put in reverse sometimes i get a super loud signal tone. Often wakes up my baby...

I have to correct. The buzz's hight is from 1.927 to 1.951 cm depending on the trim. Probably without the shark antenna...
What a great car! If only they could build it economically. I’m in Australia and i shudder to think of what it would cost here.

@@NeilBoltonRSPL Much better now, and improving all the time. But it was not the best a year or two ago, no question. And they are going to get rid of the haptic controls in upcoming VW models, aren't they? Edit: just seen the rest of the video... ha ha! They need to step this up quickly.
@@MattOGormanSmith sounds easy Matt, i have a 1970 VW sat on my drive that i bought specifically to do the conversion. Problem is the conversion guys want £60k and every mechanic/engineer i have asked to give me a hand in the last year, has looked at me with a look of absolute terror.

I think this is a faulty electronic unit somewhere . I have seen more people write about it. It resets all personal settings
It’s a (really annoying) software issue. VW collected my Buzz, sorted it and dropped it back same day.

I'd consider something like this but seeing the abysmal infotainment system with this cartoon like navigation completely puts me off them. Being used to the Tesla screen with satellite view it's difficult to downgrade. The app experience would also be a big downgrade
