El Nino appears to be quickly ending. That explains why the subtropical jet is leaving and a La Nina winter pattern is coming late next week. 80s is hot for winter and is not El Nino like. Hot and dry. Looks like by second week in February , we will have winter returning. Getting ready for first freeze in Central Florida.
