JR ponders the Vorlons being 2,000-10,000 years ahead of the humans technology-wise, the rookie’s naïveté is So cute!😏
Indeed .
At this stage in the show, no one knows. All we know is that there is Vorlon tech that humans simply don't know how it works.
"here's your potato" what a line!
If you thought he looked familiar, the man Jacobs tried to buy an identicard from was Reno, who previously acquired "The Eye" for Londo.
22:00 I always chuckle at that scene and the kidnapper's attempt to disguise himself- he's an idiot with delusions of being a criminal mastermind when he's actually completely out of his depth!
He finds the data crystal and a pocket watch engraved with 'Office of the President' on it and his first thought is 'bank account numbers' rather than putting 2 and 2 together and realising that the data is probably something a lot higher level than identity theft.
"Here's your potato" really should've been in the script. My new favorite description of that moment
It's so much fun seeing you discover this amazing story.
Ship's message? "Dude, why does Ivanova keep coming down here and zoning out instead of being scared off like all the rest of the people?"
I think the message on the ship to Kosh was. "The humans think this is Hawaii. We should have tricked them a bit more."
I'm enjoying your theorizing and marvel regarding the Vorlons. This show is so great at dripping information at the just the right rate to feed our interest while provoking more questions!
The guy who played Max was a good choice for someone thinking he is a much bigger and smarter fish than he really is.
Also Garibaldi saved his life. They would have killed him for the sheer chance he might have seen or heard something.
You have always been here .
By gosh its Kosh, once again.... be careful for what you wish for
Kosh getting annoyed by Sheridan uttering "the Shadow question" ("what do you want?") and his "never ask that question!" reaction - always make my day. To think you have to annoy a Vorlon to get a longer reply from it...
A bit like asking them: when are you going to pay the money you owe?
Well now we know he can answer properly...he just doesn't want to most of the time
Yeah the ship chi is a bit naff now but 30 years ago it was great. Picks up as the years to on too. As you probably know most shows used models for effects with very minor effects. B5 really pushed the envelope at the time.
Chi = cgi. Stupid autocorrect.
Vorlon tech is so advanced that the ship design and skin of the ship can render in a poor way to the viewer to disguise how advanced they are.
Heck missed it live ,I'm at the wetherspoon. So how do you feel about Sheridan now? I love the guy. Hey I think I'm pretty knowledgeable about B5 but haven't watched in years, whatever happened to that insect alien?
Love Sheridan, such a great guy!.... Enjoy your Wetherspoons my friend!
The insect crime boss?
They went on holiday to Sunnydale and never came back (watch the Buffy episode 'Teacher's Pet')
@chrism7395 I have complete Buffy & Angel on DvD, so I will do just that.
I'm guessing he was just to ambitious for the SFX back then.
@@Whalewraith yeah, I think it was just too janky for a series regular so Na'Grath got airlocked.
Optic Nerve did the make up, prosthetics etc for both shows so they reused it on Buffy.
@@chrism7395 I like it when you can spot re used assets. There's a totally overlooked movie
'Dark City'
& they use one of its sets for Trinity's opening scene in the Marix.

Thank you!
