Understand. We try to include the price whenever we have them from the dealer but this dealer does land home packages and the price depends on the land and location. The tiny houses themselves at this dealer generally range in the 80’s to low 100’s.
Anything over 399 sq ft is NOT a Tiny Home. 399 sq ft or less is considered an RV. Therefore, you don't have to pay property tax on the structure. Over 399, you WILL pay tax!!

Generally speaking, anything under 500 is considered a "tiny home" so therefore, since RV park models are under 400, they are in that group. There are many classifications such as sticks n bricks, cabins, RV park models, HUD park models (Florida classification of a park model that is 499 sf), shed conversions, sardine cans (ITH's Incredibox lol), ADU's and foldables. If it's tiny and someone can live in it, we consider it a tiny home.

That’s fine. You’re free to do what you wish. However if you read those comments carefully I was not disrespectful- the original commenter said a Bible was gross and disgusting. I was stating that the manufacturer had the right to put a Bible in their homes if they wanted to. They chose Jesus (as do we). As an American I defend their right to do that. If a Muslim manufacturer puts a Quran in a house I like it wouldn’t bother me.

Very nice! I like windows on one wall in the bedroom in tiny and small homes too. I just wish it had a little more counter space in the kitchen.
Agreed. I guess you could put a smaller stand or hutch in the mudroom for appliances, but not everyone would like that idea. I'd be fine with it.
