As a college student who's far away from home and always eat alone in my dorm, watching jessica's paborito series while eating became my thing. Whenever I watch her videos especially this paborito series, i feel like I have someone with me eating our meals together. Thanks to her videos, i dont feel alone whenever I eat. Thank you Jessica. ♥️✨
One thing I noticed why Jessica sounds so expert at saying opinions on these food reviews is that she always relate her past experience in the Philippines so she can give a better review and critique, just like she mentioned "I was a fan of asado siopao but then I don't want to eat alot of sweet, but this siopao "saktong sweetness" " so her opinions would be relatable and relevant
*"I love Filipino kakanin! It's my favorite dessert ever, guys"* - Jessica Lee ♡♡♡ Thank you for loving Filipino kakanin, Jess. Love na love ka din namin mga Filipino❤🥰💖
jessica youre asking them wrong ask this way "may alam ba kayong masarap na KAINAN SA LUGAR NA ITO?" "pag kain" is food while "kainan" is a food place... goodluck and more power to you!
Miss Jessica, try to go here in the province of Laguna. Sobrang daming original food kakanin merienda ulam snacks etc. We have buko pie of los baños, kesong puti of santa cruz, special espasol, minukmok of Pakil, Pan de asado, siopao fried siimai fried isaw and betamax, sapin sapin kutchinta, pasingaw and special puto of Lumban and Mabitac, creamy palatok, sagobe, palitaw... Bagets dessert of Siniloan, binatog , lumpiang toge, kinayas na kmote, kamoteng buchi at karioka. Bibingka of Luisiana...iskrambol, snowball, banana con yrlo, mais con yelo, ube con yelo at special halo-halo of Pakil. Crunchy okoy
Thank you for featuring my hometown, Jessica! I’ve always watched your Paborito series and I was kilig when you visited our province, finally! ❤ (Glad you didn’t just pick Tagaytay haha, but actually chose where the locals would actually be 😊)
You should also try: *Aling Kika's kakanin, along A. Bonifacio Cainta *Roger's Silog in Binangonan *Carlean black kutsinta in Binangonan *Bebangs halo halo in Shaw Blvd. *Aling Nena's Binalot in Carmona Cavite
@braayan03 yep definitely, with their special dipping sauce to choose from. Oh, I want her also to try Inutak in Pateros Edit: opps hindi po ako gala ah hehehe, mahilig lang magtry different foods 😋
In all of Cavite, eat at Digman's. Their Halo halo is OG. On my first trip to the Philippines, my Mom took us to Digman's. As an OG Caviteno, this was her go-to spot on a Hot day. The Halo halo is very authentic. They make the toppings. Here in the US, CA, Bay Area, our toppings come out of a jar of sweets we can purchase at Seafood Market or Island Pacific. We can make the leche flan or buy the already made flan at Costco. Jessica, go to Digman's for great authentic Halo halo. It is located in Bacoor, Cavite.
Aside from Andrea's Pancit Malabon in Cavite City , I would have recommended putobumbong in Magdalo, Kawit, Cavite (the one near Sasahama Restaurant). Instead of plain brown sugar as topping, they use paldo (sort of like panutsa). That tastes better than ordinary brow sugar. Perfect for the putobumbong 💜
HI Jessica, I have an acquaintance, who is a local of PROVINCE of Pampanga.... She recommended to our family, a very delicious Milk tea, as you say it, Pinaka 'PABORITO ' SA LAHAT.... IT IS WELL KNOWN FOR SURE SA MGA PAMPANGA LOCALS, HAPPY JUDAH....EVERY CITY HAS BRANCHES, ANGELES, MABALACAT, SAN FERNARNARDO I SUGGEST YOU TRY THE FLAVOR, DULCE DE LECHE FLAVOR YOUR TOPPINGS, DEPENDS ON YOU IF YOU WANT PEARL BUT THEY FROZE EASILY IF FREEZERED.... NATA IS MORE DELICIOUS 25% SUGAR FOR MODERATE SWEETNESS, 50% IF YOU WANT SWEET
That's probably the traditional halo-halo. The ingredients are made from scratch. Visually, they looked the same but you have to taste to know the difference. That's the difference between home made ingredients versus commercialized ingredients. They may be the same beans, ice cream, leche flan, etc., but prepared differently.
You should do another one in Tagaytay, if you do there go to two places: Caffe Sant'Antonio (declared the best restaurant in Cavite from the show Ang Pinaka) try their porchetta and their brick oven pizza. Another would be the restaurant the dude in the car mentioned Asiong's (famous Cavite restaurant with local dishes and real heritage) the place is also old school vibes. I don't eat pucit but the dish Asiong's is known for is Pancit Pucit and try their Binakol (Tinola with Coconut Juice and Coconut Meat).
After the successful Water festival in Cavite, now I’m here to watch Jessica’s first experience in eating Filipino merienda (all of them, my fave) vlog on a chill Sunday evening! ❤❤
*If you want to try another local food scene, there's a jogging path near Hinulugang Taktak in Antipolo. Every weekend, there are stalls selling coffee and different Filipino comfort foods. Recently, I even came across a stall selling Mexican food. It's nice cause while you dine, you'd be able to talk to the locals as well as joggers and bikers travelling from different parts of Rizal so when you get the chance, you might want to try this place out. Sobrang worth it, promise.* 😊
Taga cavite ako since Birth. Ung kakanin poh masarap sa Palengke ng Bailen, Cavite Imus Longganisa sa Palengke ng Imus Nabibili Best Bonete Near Tokwahan, Imus Best Kalamay sa Kawit, Cavite Best Halo-Halo Here in Imus Very Creamy and Homemade Cooked by Old Person Every Summer Only Availability.
Jessica’s paborito series is the vlog I can’t always wait to watch. Love her enthusiasm in trying food even though she already tried it in her previous vlog bec it is really hard to find food reco that she hadnt tried yet.
Jessica i hope your paborito content will visit san pablo city laguna because theres a lot of food and authentic food that you can enjoy to eat and satisfy your craving
Glad you choose my favourite Digman Halo Halo. Kudos to you and your team for visiting the town I grow up ( Bacoor Cavite ) , you should come back during Fiesta ( on May) , where people will feed strangers 😜
This episode is also wonderful, Ms. Jessica.😃 You actually picked the better place between the two Digman stores. And the staff where you wnt are nicer
Sana Jess, mabalikan mo ung Nikko's silog and Jha-jha's pancit, Naco- curious ako sa lasa ng mga foods na reco doon. Mukhang masarap😋. Food trip sa cavite❤❤
Thanks for giving Cavite a great kind of review. I hope you get to try more within other towns in here with great food and place recos More Power to your team,Ms. jessica. Ingat palagi.😃
Good to see you are here in Cavite, Next time you visit again. Must try BiBingkoy in Cavite City, a kakanin also ang famous in Cavite City I don't know if it's near in the public market or in church. And also try the pancit estacion of Tanza Cavite in Calle Real near in San Augustine Church, you can visit on the Tanza Fiesta, Aug 27&28. Hav'a good day ate Jessica 😊
Thank you for eating halo-halo properly. Just lightly-mixed, and you eat the toppings first. Not mixed into a textureless purple mush like a lot of people seem think halo-halo should be eaten. So many people think "halo halo" is a command to mix. It's not, it's an adjective that means "mixed [ingredients]". If you mix it thoroughly, you lose all the textures that makes it what it is, and it becomes a shake.
If i just met you in digman, ill recommend you to try this old panceteria just a few blocks from digman next to an uncle johns convinience store, their pancit canton is so good, very saucy with lechon kawali, its just so underrated.
Love your Paborito episode series. lots of OFWs love your series in Italy...my family are always watching here from Sicily, Italy. Mabuhay ka Jessica...trully a Filipino by Heart.
Should try a Filipino Rice Cake like Suman called Muron and Cassava Suman (Iraid) in Waray terms, we do love Filipino kakanin. Biko naman, one of the best is Biko sa Latik. For Cassava it's Cassava cake. From Bulacan always watching your vlogs. 😁❤️

Hi ate Jessica I've been a fan of yours recently lng po and I enjoy your vlogs always, actually I'm so happy that you upload one today 🤗 hope to see you soon someday, love you ate jessica ❤️❤️
i remember when i was still in elementary, jollibee and other fast food restaurants were not available everywhere. so, every recognition day and we had honor/awards, our parents would bring us to digman to celebrate. that's what made that place special for me as a child. now, we can go there anytime we want. 😅😅😅
Wow!! How could i not subscribe to jessica. She is full of information. I love how she speak, even thou she a lil bit fast speaker we still clearly understand what she says.
I really love the way you explain how the flavor is in the food you eat and how you review the taste. It feels like we're eating with you. I love, I love ❤️

There's a lot of good restaurants in Cavite, but I suggest you should try Cafe Agapita. Bagnet Aglio Olio is one of the best foods there, and their coffee and pastry are really good. It's located in Silang Cavite.
