The cover was there because there's a motion sensor that only works in beginner mode so basically you slide the cover off and then put the motion sensor on
Very strange because on the product page it says 6+ mins flying time and charging takes 90 minutes, thats kind of worrying and shame about the range because I was liking it
Im new to drones. When you say 'new battery' do you mean a new one from the manufacturer, or like a stronger aftermarket model. Would such a aftermarket battery - that might be stronger - be available? Really want this drone as a first one, but that battery life is a deal-breaker.
So does this definitely come with all 3 cameras as shown here and from the company you linked to? There are 2 reviews on there saying it didn't come with ANY cameras. So as much as I want it, that makes me a bit wary. Also, does it have the 1 button return function?
i think it is suppose to give you the obstacle avoidance rather than a extra camera.The obstacle avoidance will only work in rate 1/Speed 1 i wasn't expecting that quadcopter will give you a lot of stuff.Anyway great job for the review.And also you are so close to 60K Subs!Thumbs Up 👍
+blue27 This is a very general cheap monitor receiver combo that comes with many quads. You should be able to find this or other cheap one at the site I linked for this quad in description.
Hi Dustin, the cap that comes off underneath is for the obstacle avoidance system. I recently purchased a similar quad called the Pro-Flight Echo (check out my vid), from dronesdirect.co.uk. i think the battery issue is the same with mine- not long lol. Great review as usual. Cheers pal :)

yes the battery is bad...i have the TDR Phoenix and its a clone exact copy of that..and same result...battery.... but the TDR Mini Phoenix which is equvilent to the Pantoma K90 Flies way better.....has a flight time of 7-8 mins

The thing behind the cover in 7:00 is where the obstacle avoidance (an IR scanner) can be placed.

great informative video, maybe with it being a review model the battery maybe have been damaged during other testing before it was sent to you.

the accessory bay is cool, it used for the ir altitude hold I believe.
that quad has different cameras for definition and fps. been interested in this quad is the only reason I know
