parents were from Friul & they never added potatoes to their frico. This was a new recipe for me. Thanks. Oh - just missed hearing Furlan spoken.
Yeah, there are a lot of different versions. I never put Onions actually
3 ingredients or not frico. Adding is fine but the 3 main is fact.

A not to aged cheese. Maximum a couple of months

So this is what my host family made, a frittata. I almost vomited from that thing. I believe though, that frico can be good. I'll have to try this.
Frittata is made with eggs. This looks similar but has no eggs at all, think you'd like it.
