Frankie, seriously?!!! You are amazing. Discovered you on Tastemade and am now obsessed with your videos. They're brilliant. How do you not have a million subscribers yet? All kidding aside, you're videos are informative, a lot of fun and really well done. I love the passion that you put into it. You kind of remind me of John Ritter. Love it!

Honestly I couldn’t agree more with this comment. I was lucky enough to see him recently through Tastemade struggle meals I think, he is knowledgeable, entertaining, and cares about his fans and followers. I wrote him on social media recently, and if I’m being honest I may have put my foot in my mouth a little. He actually took the time to respond, in a polite and friendly fashion, even though I probably could have been nicer. It honestly only made me like him more, and I hope he blows up in popularity ASAP.

@williamgag the stone is very important, although bricks work as well. 00 flour is fantastic, it's very soft, and if you use it with my recipe you will definitely have to adjust the amount of water added, I also think using a mixer with 00 is a must, as no-kneed is tough with such a light flour. however you can also do a mixture of bread flour and 00 using the no-kneed technique, and get great results.
    go get em!

Highly entertaining! Impressed! Does it matter how finely ground the flour is? I was always told by grandma to use "double zero". But then again, she was using an antique wood burning pizza oven, versus me who would be using a standard home oven. Would it make a difference in this case? (P.S. She also liked the acidity of San Marzano tomatoes for pizza. Any thoughts?)

I try to use the no-knead recipe when I can for Ciabatta, focaccia and I tried it for Pizza but it can be a little to wet. Must incorporate a little more flour so it can be managed. I also bake my pizzas on a cast iron pizza pan and you don't have the problem with the stone cracking, same quality IMHO. Rob

@quityojibbajabbaa I think you should find some sort of stone, if a try is what you want to use, then I recommend making a focaccia style pizza, press the dough into the well oiled pan with your fingers and then add the toppings. don't pre heat it, the metal doesn't retain that much heat and its more trouble than it's worth
