- Italians hate it when cheese and fish are paired, at least in public.. they all quietly admit to me that it tastes good, and that I've even gotten them in the habit of cheesing their fish.. enjoy this super easy pasta that is made with nothing refrigerated!

Frankie, this was a great video.! You were relaxed. Conversant with the camera. Even comic. In tune with music. Why would anyone make a tuna "noodle" casserole when one could easily prepare this fresh, clean version? (Also love sardines with pasta ... classic.) And I totally agree about the cheese ... Especially when it comes to shrimp! But (no pun intended) what makes this vid. classic is your comment "You got a clean bottom." LOL ... Put it on a T-shirt, sell it in P-Town and make a zillion dollars! Wink wink ...

Great video! One of my favorite dishes, linguini and white clam sauce. I do use cheese, and I squeeze lemon juice on that and spaghetti oil & garlic with anchovies. Try it with lemon! Rob

Love the way u make ur videos, u make it seem so easy.The reason they dont mix fish n cheese(milk) is bcoz its called a wrong food combination every good cook should be aware of......certain types of fish when consumed with milk can cause serious reactions in some ppl.

In the Jewish faith the only animal proteins that are allowed with cheese are fish and eggs. I never understood why fish shouldn't be paired with dairy. (Honestly...poultry either?! Chickens don't have nipples!)
