Dustin, just have to say- This type of content is why you're such an enjoyable person to watch. Yes you're a car guy and that is what drew most people to your channel but putting yourself out there and doing content like this is a huge leap of faith and so many people love it. keep doing what you're doing
@@dustiinw Such an epic video with so much jammed into one day, I feel like I am in Japan experiencing everything watching your video series. Glad you got that hot shower on the ship after getting turned away from the Onsen. You are right!, that castle was one of the most beautiful places I have seen in Japan. Dude, that drone footage on the beach was awesome too. Not to mention the Udon noodles made my mouth water. Glad you decided to put yourself out there and follow your passion to create this Japan travel content. Never stop being yourself and #domore vids like these.
I don’t think people realize how insane this man is. He is filming AND editing LONG videos for VERY NEXT day while driving himself, enjoying himself, and posting for social media too. #TrueLegend
Hardest working RUclipsr that I know of, doing most and sometimes ALL of this by himself. He deserves everything great that he has and more. It's still baffling to me that he has less than 1 million subscribers. I'm really looking forward to seeing him (hopefully) get the Hakosuka GT-R that he wants.
“Learning to be comfortable being uncomfortable” wow, that hit hard because that is something i need to work on. Being uncomfortable is a huge barrier to my dreams. Thanks for inspiring us Dustin. 🔥 much respect. ✊🏻 💯

Dude I just have to give a shout out for the dedication and consistency, you're traveling all day and still editing. Having never been to Japan it's cool to see places other than Tokyo.
oh man I know how you feel. Japan is a vibe and is a place like no other. I was just there and did a Tokyo to Sapporo and back to Tokyo trip and watching your vids is bringing back all the same emotions your going through. Accomplishing the basic simple things in Japan without truly speaking or understanding the language feels so rewarding. Then experiencing the kindness and willingness to help from Japanese people restores faith in humanity from someone that lives in the states.
Words don’t even come close to explaining how awesome this series is or how gorgeous Japan truly is. Your making me want to go more and more with every episode haha
That feeling your are talking about…. Had the same feeling when I travelled alone to Australia, barely speaking English at the time. And that one day I stopped, looked around, and had that feeling a can’t describe….. how far I was from home (Canada), alone, the air was different, the sun felt different…… everything about that moment was……no words can describe it. And I’ll NEVER forget it……
You should do a collab with @abroadinjapan when you’re in Sendai. Love the content Dustin! I’ve been waiting for a series like this from you. You’re a legend!
Enjoying the Japan Van Experience Series. Yesterdays Video was a great watch and I am just about to enjoy this one with a fresh morning coffee. Keep up the excellent work.
I know when everyone goes to Japan they only go to places like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto etc. you know the tourist only spots. But I highly recommend to do what Dustin’s doing, drive to rural areas like Aomori, or head south towards fukuoka, Nagasaki. You’ll notice the people are totally different, the food is different and just the overall vibe is different than Tokyo and Dustin’s showing us this to us. I thank you Dut for bringing us with you. You’re showing us the real part of Japan besides the car culture and city life. ✌🏻 ありがとう。次のビデオを楽しみにしてます
I went to Hirosaki/Aomori in October of 2012, it was my first time in Japan and I remember it vividly and will forever. I’ve been to Japan multiple times since but Aomori Prefecture stole my heart!

I've been subscribed since you first moved to California, and the journey has been amazing, but this might be my favorite series of vlogs you've ever done. So neat watching you go to all the little spots and places that people would never think of when someone says they're going to Japan on a vacation/trip. So awesome!
