You don't have to take the hitch off or the bolts out and your chain is still to loose, you might remove a link or get a new chain!
we did end up taking a link off
Have you ever tried different sprocket size for the trail boss?I have a 94 in mint condition however was thinking of going from a 40 tooth rear to maybe a 36/34? Was just curious really nothing on you tube or even on google about this quads lol
never tried but might work out
