It boggles my mind how quiet London is right now compared to how the city normally is, I say it all the time but I never get bored of these walks! Top drawer my friend 👍🏻👊🏻
Thats my childhood of the 50s. How things have Changed. That white building at 6.56 used to be the Mens Public urinal. the building at 8.27 used to be the Portland arms if I remember correectly. I lived in Elgin Creasent aroun 1954, and in Clarendon road till that winter in 62/63.
Notting Hill is a very nice area. I really liked its houses with facades often painted in pastel colors. I particularly liked Elgin Crescent, really a beautiful street!! Lots of quaint houses. I like the Mews too. Not hot at all, so thanks WW
I have lived and worked in London since the days of Peter Rachman. Notting hill and the area has changed immensely. It's surprising that when you live in London and commute on foot you often miss so many streets. I must confess that some of them I have only seen today in your video. Regarding the WW signs I was wracking my brain trying to think what they are.
This is not snow, this is a joke. Minus 25 Celsius and half a metre of snow, this is something that I experience in winter but anyway, I love Notting Hill. Nice video.
i am not sure if i want to move in london anymore...but i want to travel there for sure!! I don't think I'm going to live in there because i heard that it has old, expensive houses. I feel like lindon is my home but idk. My other options are: Amsterdam, Copenhagen or in other places in Denmark, Amsterdam or other places in Holland, Switzerland, Scandinavia especially norway

Shocking how London is so empty after all this time 😟
Not shocking, its smart √√√
How many times a year London has a snowfalls?
Can I ask what shoes you wear to do these walks? I'm looking to visit once the travel ban lifts and want to find good shoes for over there.
Angela, I can't recommend shoes, as I still need to find a decent pair myself! 🙂
Is it normal that the streets are so empty, at this time of day?
Is This where The Young Ones is filmed?
