      The q and a video was done 2 years ago and the diet starts 20 minutes in. The entire vid was fascinating bse she is such an accomplished woman.

    omg! i’m a 58 year old personal trainer and was saving this video for a day i had extra time to try some of these exercises after a workout. well, i got up in the bridge position and that was about all. i will work on doing the chest press and fly at the same time. heaven help my client tomorrow. 😂😂❤️ thank you!

      As you've discovered, I'll do just about anything in order to give you the menopause education you deserve.

      @@MenopauseTaylor I agree. Dr. Taylor, I am an MBBS and also have an MPH degree. I quit working a couple of years back because of crippling perimenopausal symptoms which have resolved to a great extent and now I am looking to resume my work as a doctor but I am more interested in coaching and preventative medicine. Is there anyway I can work with you to hear ppl prevent diseases? Thanks a lot! 🙏

    Could you please do a video demonstrating your entire workout and diet? I know you have shared snippets so far but a full demonstration would be so helpful. I really do believe that diet and exercise are the keys to aging well. My problem is that I am a bookworm and while I can (and have) exercised, I hate doing it. I hate getting sweaty. Following along with you seems more doable for me since it looks like a lot more fun and less like a chore.

      I actually insert these things throughout the education, tying them to the individual units on symptoms or diseases. If you watch all my video in order, you'll find lots of them.

    Wow, I think I’d do multiple face plants if I tried those exercises. I now understand why you look so amazing! I’m sure you weren’t able to do all these overnight, so all of us need to be patient as we work toward becoming more like you. Thanks for sharing all these creative ideas with us; you’ve got me ready to order a Bosu! I also have ordered a balance board and am looking forward to using that.

      Good for you, my dear. I always say, "Accept your body as it is today!" Take your time. Never injure yourself or feel like you have to perform for anybody. This should be fun, not work.

    I have an exercise ball but not a bosu ball. They are pricey but I have been pondering getting one for about the past year.

    I love those cute shoes. Thank you for demonstrating these great ideas, very cool. On really hot days my dog needs to be walked at night so I like this opportunity to utilize our local play ground equipment for a similar work out and that works for me. I will keep some of these suggestions in mind.

      I just keep wobbling and I can’t put my hands up because I find myself having to tap my hands on the floor keep from rolling to one side. Wow! Your balance is amazing!

    I like using these toys instead of machines equipment, because I believe that exercising while listening to audio book, or a podcast, isn't really productive. I prefer to listen to some music on the background, that's it.

    I'd love to know about Estrogen and hormones as they pertain to menopause AND autoimmune conditions and diseases, especially with both of them increasing in number... maybe that can be another book🙃🙃

      ..I know that's a totally different animal. I heard about studies starting but no one's come up with the answer. Maybe medicine doesn't want to test with estrogen levels for those outdated fears? But when I was pregnant my Multiple Sclerosis lay dormant it was wonderful!!

    Hi Dr. Taylor. Could you tell me how to deal with a menopausal mother. Since the pandemic hits, I was in lock in with her. And its really hard. She makes everyday feels like a roller coaster ride. And I've been a punching bag of emotions to her. Life, with her around, is like an emotional dodge ball. I don't know when she will explode.
    The place where am in, hits the hardest when it comes to the COVID19 count. So, we're advised to stay mostly indoors. I work from home, and with my mom being around with her emotional state, I feel sooooooooo fed-up. And sometimes I yell back at her. Which makes me feel guilty right after.
    Any advice?

    Fact is I don't have a lot of time. Cardio on Brutus (my elliptical machines nickname) and some arm/upper body with resistance bands is all I have time for. My balance sucks thanks to neurological problems.

Beach body on demand is the online streaming outlet for programs like Piyo, P90, Cize, 21 Day Fix and all those exercise programs you see advertised on TV, if you watch TV. Most of them are too abusive for.....I was going to say women our age, but really anyone who wants healthy knees past the age of 40. They need someone like you for a way smarter approach to fitness.
      I love all your clever approaches to improving balance and have incorporated them into my routine. Thank you so much.

      This particular ball is 85 cm. I'm long. Get a ball that enables you to sit on it with your knees bent in a right angle.
