We are trying to figure out how to get better notifications for these live streams. We aren't sure why RUclips didn't push this one out as it had done to our previous videos.
If you are subscribed, make sure to have the bell notifications set to alert.
Share it, please, if you know someone who might like it. We would really appreciate it.
Me too. Story of my life. Oh well..

Our pleasure. It's give us great joy to read this and know how helpful it is to visitors. Please be sure to share this with anyone you know who might also benefit.
Lots of flowers in the Rose Gardens in Louis Armstrong park. It's an amazing collection of Old Garden Roses that have interesting histories.
First, as a former New Orleanian, it/s such fun to find Andrew giving us a tour --and THANK YOU for the closeup of the cornstalk fence! At 34:54 you can see more of the herringbone brick sidewalk. he's walking down.
Our pleasure, Ann.
You started the tour right near where I hop the streetcar!

Thank you for this series. I have been to NOLA. But there are lots of things I do not know about the city. I will back there next month.
We'll be back in town for Halloween and hope to connect with you for one of your tours. Your videos have been a lifeline of joy for us during these times.
Please do! We will definitely be creating a Halloween video but we might even have a Halloween tour, aside from our ghost tour.
Loved seeing Julia Reed's House on First Street.
sorry I missed you Andrew! had no notification reminder from youtube. I was looking forward to this too. Have a lovely weekend!
Hi Misty. We are getting a lot of people mention this lack of notification. Question. Are you subscribed and do you have the bell notification set to all notices?
I hope you still take the opportunity to watch the the replay.
Can you imagine anything being built like these structures today? Even some of the fences are works of art. I really was born in the wrong century.
Have you watched our newest video? ruclips.net/video/rQGPiqlSHl0/видео.html

You can tour these homes during the holiday home and garden tour in first half of December; they feature a handful of different homes each year. I believe you get tickets through Trinity.

14:00 It says on the Historic Plaque that the Colonel's wife was from Iowa, so he had this "corn pattern" fence commissioned for her.
Hi, How would I request a tour with Andrew specifically when I book my tour of the Garden District. I love watching his New Orleans videos!
Is everything still in bloom at end of August. How do we take a in person tour of your walking tours?

@@SHORT-FRIDAYS Thank you.
sorry i missed this was watching severe weather in case i needed to duck
Oh no. We hope you are OK and got to enjoy a replay.
STILL CAN'T believe this outrageously gorgeous city is located within the Continental U.S. of A. I was in "the mall" a week before a freaking Riverboat CRASHED into it. (Pre-Y2k) According to my Dad's daily diary, he was PRAYING for the people of New Orleans, ALOT (he passed away Nov. 2005, in Lancaster, PA -- a.k.a. "The Red Rose City").
P.S. After Hurricane Katrina, the City of New Orleans RESTORED one of Uncle Tim's "Murphy Brothers Flying Horses" Carousels.
Like your thoughts
Question, can you ride on the street car and get off where you started?
Corn fence! If I ever pass some dude covered in cables and his bored but attentive bf, I will gladly stop and buy y’all a drink if you promise to give me all the good historical tea on these places, and I’ll tell you about when I met Stormy Daniels on Magazine St. Thanks dudes! - St Charles & 6th
I stayed in a bed and breakfast years ago there. Name was Uptown Bed & Breakfast. It was lovely and wonder if it is still in business.
Hi Deb. I did a search and it doesn't appear so. Maybe it changed its name.
Andrewwww! 😀❤
Hope you enjoyed it, Eva.
38:30 Hoyy yeah
What are the Streets names we are viewing ?
You're being stalked at the beginning of this video?
I can't believe they moved that thing
Can you tell me, Andrew, if the antebellum side buildings in the Garden District and the LGD, which look like the ones in the Quarter, were mainly made for enslaved peoples? It's good to know that some of the large homes here had servants, not slaves, then, such as the Irish and the German immigrant ones.
I love your videos and have shared them to many NOLA FB groups!
Can you walk by rickie lee jones's house ? She lives there somewhere
I'll pass this on to Andrew for consideration in a future walk.
Charleston. W. V Robert.
your videos are great. i love your place.
but can you tell me about the other fella you mentioned on 49:00. thanks
Thanks, Sami. It's the NolaDeej channel ruclips.net/user/NolaDeejfeatured.
And if you know of anyone who might like these videos, please do share us with them. We would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Sorry i missed you👋
Where's the Christmas Hotel Roosevelt video?
You better off getting a house
The amount of ripped-up street work is awful, & how long to last.. Typical of Americans to ignore it.
