I'm a Disabled Navy Veteran and it's simple for me. When the Military can no longer take a lawful order from their Commander because they have to question his mental faculties that person can no longer be the Commander. Joe has to go. I have asked numerous buddies of mine who are currently high ranking Officers in the Navy they have flat out said they will not follow an order he gives. Period.

I concur as a SpecOps veteran. When a commander is mentally challenged, as our CiC is, it would be very difficult to follow any orders that put American soldiers in danger. A commander must have his full faculties in order. Orders must make sense or any soldier and military leader will disobey such orders, regardless of consequences. AGL
