Me, throwing the last Eagle strike at nothing instead of sending her to resupply because I like explosions.
Literally me
Same
Unless I need her back ASAP, in which case resupply code is like 10-15 seconds faster (depending on call-in time of strategem) since she doesn't resupply automatically until after the last fly-by and explosion are done
@HoepRemains Oh yeah, on anything Hazard 7 or higher, I use the resupply code.
Your quartermaster must love you :P
Not to break the immersion. Google how much airstikes today cost.
Standard Missile-3 runs from $9.7 million to $27.9 million apiece
SM-2s run just over $2 million each, and SM-6s go for about $3.9 million
Damn
@jhonnatanenriquez2359 not to mention the costs of the jets, fuel, carriers/hangars and maintainance on top of that
@@jhonnatanenriquez2359 ouch
Genuinely curious, why did you preface that by saying “not to break the immersion”? Is it because of the vast cost difference, or just because you’re referencing real life in general?
“Use them sparingly ”
me and the boys sending 4 380s on the same base…
That one guy who calls in a strike before you extract to get a cool looking exit
2 more barrages and you got yourself an achievement!
2 more and you have a deathworld
@@theroboticpotato idk what that is but it sounds pretty democratic 🫡
That's the strategy I like to call "terraforming"
The 500kg i trew at 1 small bot
Good
Nothing stops a charger like a resupply
I have never gotten that achievement to actually work
@@alexfranz817 Same for me and I still every time I get the chance!
@@thesus33 I wonder if I keep getting screwed over by the bleed-out mechanic for the bugs
That our helldivers only use them when neccessary...
Me: uh... yeah... yeah.... *nervous sideglance*
Sideglancing at that burning helldiver
"HE KEEPS DROPPING FUCKING MINES"
That giant space laser probably only costs $20, maybe $30.
The scythe is minimum wage
I was gonna say “umm actually 🤓” but you’re probably correct.
I like this comment the 69th time
they cost 100,000 each, please for the love of god stop using them on ONE bug because they are lowering my pay check :(
they hand out rocket launchers like candy. I just leave em around
Expandable anti tanks IRL are 700
The tube is like $200 the missile is 500.
In a genuine time of need they could get that price down to like $250 each
Freedom isn't cheap
It costs a buck'o-five
My squad throwing our last eagles right before extract
same
I feel like this is directly related to the recent videos showing how much it costs to fire a US weapon system even for a moment
Which ones do you fire?
Not to mention the $48,000 screws from Lockheed Martin
@@tatepatrick3095A single Javelin Missile costs about $240,000. This may seem like a lot, until you compare it to the cost of a tank that it's meant to destroy.
"Me who throws a cluster before extract cause I like to think of it as fireworks."
No cost too large for freedom.
Ha..ha..ha….⬆️➡️⬇️⬇️⬇️
Oh ya I totally use all my stratagems responsibly I definitely don’t throw them at nothing while I’m waiting around for extraction
I like managed democracy NAY i love it
I am sure the 3 helldivers who threw a bunch of barrage stratagems in one spot to get a medal was doing it in the most cost effective manner and was totally necessary for victory
It's the ONLY WAY TO BE SURE
Me, using 500s on any occasion that might be remotely applicable.
"See that hill over there? I don't want to anymore."
"Yes Democracy Officer my use of the orbital railgun on a single Hunter was indeed a good use of Super Earth resources and completely necessary."
If only I could be given a couple thousand of these super credits to unlock the new warbonds, lol
I'm going to o make hella commander this weekend boys. If I get to high In rank I'll take a demotion if it means fighting on the front lines
What you call, "A waste of expensive military resources," I call, "The Taxpayer's problem."
Me being a government paid Helldiver: ha! What's a tax budget!? *Throws all 4 stratagems at once
Think of it like this: stratagems aren’t expensive, our economy just is so strong that our citizens can live off of such a low yearly salary!
Me grinding ship modules so I can spend Super Credits faster
Yeah.. we uh.. only throw them.., when utterly neccesary,.. Totally
I imagine that support weapons don't cost that much considering that they could prevent needing to call them down by just deploying them with the helldiver
*laughs nervously as I'm throwing 380mm, 120mm, and a walking barrage just to dig a 3 foot hole in the ground*
New modifier “Low Budget” due to budget costs all helldivers only have a single use of each strategem. Use it wisely
Yes, sparingly, like right before you are about to evacuate
"Only use them when necessary."
*Launches remaining 4 artillery and Eagle strikes at trees*
Uncritically cheap, the javelin missile (singular) cost over 80k dolars that is about twice as much as the average us citizen
The average annual salary of a Super Earth citizen is probably continuing to live outside of a freedom camp, so it's almost multiplying by zero.
Heart. Steel. We. Kill. ON TO DAWN!
Lol we’re about to show you clankers why we don’t have free healthcare
ahahahaha *pulls out explosive crossbow* they won’t find your body.
Hello Democracy Officer? Yes I found one
FREEDOM MUST RAIN OVER EVERY LAST STAR
When I see this I remember the video of four guys who used like 100 500kg bombs just to dig a hole 😂 😅
Sparingly, as I toss a cluster upon every extraction to increase the dramatic takeoff! I love you fellow Helldivers!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I actually do "low bugdet mission" sometimes when i play on lower difficuties to roll play a bit
Me throwing a 500k air stike at a rock to see how strong it is.
And imagine all the times we just throw one right before getting on the pelican for fire works 😂
"Used sparingly". Uh yeah, sure we do. Never to stick to a teammate before they jump into the Pelican.
Have dropped orbitals on shipping crates to clear up sight lines at evac.
Me, throws all my support weapon & back pack stratagems during extraction & NOT use any of them.
And now add how much equipment is left behind when helldivers die but liberty isn’t cheap
Me trying to dig a hole with 500 kgs
Him saying how responsible we are when using Strategen
Me who throw all my Strategen just to have a dramatic extraction
Me dropping a 500kg just after extraction for the light show
I’m tell you this now, there is always at least three people who use the most expensive stratagem on a single bug that would normally die to one shotgun blast
I wonder how the citizens feel when eagle misses her rocket strike...
An Eagle never misses!
“Use them sparingly”
Urm uh oh
remember there achievement if you spam 6 ore more orbital strike in one point
Asking me to use stratagems less for “cost efficiency” sure sounds a lot like automaton propaganda…
Me who drops in EATs every minute because LOL I can.
It is 10000% necessary to drop all left over stratagems before, during and prior to evac. Liberating isn't cheap.
Well meow...................................
"Sparingly"
Me ignoring the pelican arival timer and using an AMR and a resupply that arrive after we extracted:😅
*nails a strider with the hmg i just called in*
ok that was more effective than i expected
If they cost, for example twice an annual citizen's salary they are actually cheap AF, way less than what we spend today. For a civilization who can mass produce soldiers and weapons at a interplanetary scale (most galaxy is still under super earth control), it's basically free.
Yes, "spar...ingly"
I am Admiral Ish Morgan of the SES Prifit of War, and I use my stratagems as efficiently as possible, especially the mandatory air strike to cover our extraction
Me who throws an eagle 500 kg before every extraction: oh
Oh I throw that stuff around like it's candy
Those super samples must be worth alot
And then there's my team who each throw a 500KG as we board the ship :/
Imagine the cost of cinematic 500kg bomb on extract that has been building up
Not me throwing every stratagem available when extracted. Just to be cool.
0:07 "to ensure that we have a *farting* chance against the bots and bugs" teehee
I often wonder what the cost of a hellpod is. It has to be made of something heat resistant and extremely strong.
My squad has a tradition of shouting FOR THE BUDGET and chucking all of our stratagems that are off cooldown before EVAC. Includes extra rockets in ammo packs, left over grenades, stims if we can.
Hey, if we don’t use it now, next quarter the budget will be smaller and that means less Democracies per Freedom
Just like real life! 😂
There is nothing a good economy can't handle
Me: uh yeah, about that…
Normally what happens at the end of a match, some player will throw a stratagem on the extraction zone just before boarding the shuttle. Just for an explosion at the finale.
A helldivers annual salary is like 5 minutes
As an American I'm not surprised in the slightest lol
Me after blowing up myself with a 500k for an achievement talking to my ship master wirz:”YOU WHAT?!?”
Looking at you, Eat users
Of course I only use stratagems when absolutely necessary, can’t be wasting all those taxpayer dollars (says while throwing 500kg at extraction shuttle for the funny explosion)
I mean considering a single m1 Abram’s main battle tank costs 1.5mil usd
Yea that’s sounds about right
Either they make a ton of money on super earth or these strategms are pretty darn cheap compared to real world.
Sparingly? Pov I throw them as soon as I can (I play only helldive difficulty)
Gearing up to start using "super credits" in order to deploy strategems
I dunno if I should be glad or dissapointed that we don't have to replenish our strategem reserve with the unused requisition slips
guess I'm playing too much Armored Core that I wish we can broke from doing a mission without considering about the cost, also having to do bugs front just to replenish our destroyer E-710 reserve sounds fun, frustratingly fun
Ah yes, discretionary spending at its finest...
Soooo... Dropping a 500 on Pelican 1 when extracting just to look cool...
I also want you all to consider that SE has much more advanced manafucturing technologies, because it is the future, so this would allow to reduce the overall cost per piece drastically compared to our real world
What are you talking about every non fighting man woman and child over 7 are in the factories
@@therandomcommenter6629 That's what I call the most advanced tech of them all
Packing peanuts and super glue are what they used to put the sentries together lol
apart from that idiot that throws the 500 on extraction
That’s why the game is 40 bucks
What is money compared to whole planets we can exploit eeeh liberate and live on!
To me the bots are too powerful right now. I don’t know if it’s because of the amount of planets they have compared to us on the bot front. I feel like that’s what it is. Who agrees?
For example I had tanks and other automaton troops dropped right in front of the gate blocking access to the generators on the evacuate high value assets mission. It was crazy..
im just gonna act like i didn't send in 125 machine guns in the tutorial a few days ago
damn if thats true super earth is spending over trillions hourly
Yeaaahhh I’m very careful with them
Right....sparingly😂
honestly I wonder which part is the “stratagem,” the ball you throw or the effect it has on the player?
Soooo... just like the real military then. A Patriot system costs a billion with a B dollars
Do NOT use them sparingly they might cut our budget next year
But can we invest in making the strategem beacons stick better to enemies instead of bouncing 50m away from the target?
That is not surprising. If you take a look at the cost of a single missile from the US costs anywhere from a few hundred thousand to 30 million dollars a shot. Munitions aint cheap
Pfft... Economy...
I always aim to board the evac with ZERO AMMO. 😁
Then you realize it’s the exact same thing irl. Don’t believe me? Google how much bombs cost.
