I think there are studies coming out that in increasingly gender segregated workplaces, men's productivity is unaffected while women's productivity has declined.
Workplaces have always been like that. I have been in retail for 30 years and even back in the 90s policy existed for male managers to never be alone 1 on 1 with a female. It's been standard practice for longer than that also. We all know why too.

My mom had to intervene during her service when 3 women tried to accuse an officer. Essentially one had made an advance and he rebuffed her. So she and 3 friends got together to try and create an accusation.
My mom overheard this and wrote everything down before reporting it to a her drill sergeant. Thankfully the man was safe as my mom managed to report the conspiracy first and had their story written down already

There's those like VSPO! that is basically an all-girl e-Sports group that usually join FPS tournaments, and often being team up with males during it. But there's also others, especially those who are have ASMR as their main content streams, for both male and female, rarely if not ever having opposite gender on the same frame of a stream unless it's something they were excited about.
Refusing to be alone with women that you don't completely trust is common sense, for both you AND the woman. No false claims for you, no real claims for her. Win/win.

Fast forward to him working in custodial services for a college and being outspoken about what he believes to be best for the college, and since he’s been there for so long he’s proven his character. People out to get him have accused him of things that couldn’t have happened, and now he has multiple disproved and dismissed allegations pinned up on his office wall because even the president of the college laughed them out because everyone knew it was impossible. (Don’t worry they were researched and he was cleared, it wasn’t just dismissed cause of reputation)

No shortage of cases of women falsely accusing men to get them fired for a myriad of reasons. The vast majority of women don't behave this way. But enough do for this to be an issue for any man in a position with any status. The problem is you don't know which you are dealing with until your world suddenly falls apart.

We as men and males know that the likelihood of false accusations is very high. I've experienced two myself and have friends that have had 1 or came close. It's scary, because when it's proven false, nothing happens to those females, so there is no record of how often it happens.
