Step By Step Instructions On How To Get PERFECT Aloo Roti

Ingredients:
Dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- Hot water from the tap
Filling
- 1 1/2 lb potato
- 2 scallions
- 1 Wiri Wiri pepper
- 1 tbsp roasted jeera
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp adobo
