It is absolutely crucial to be seen by a McGill clinician!!! I’m hopefully seeing one soon. He only comes to my state quarterly. These last 2 years of suffering have taught me enough. Im ready to get back to living
Dr. McGill can you please discuss Isthmic Spondylolisthesis in adults? Does your back mechanism program can help with pars defect at L5 with L5/S1 anterolisthesis?
I ordered the book with videos and I hope it is here soon. I can not sleep in my bed because it kills me to get out of bed. ie don't pull heavy items like a snow mobile without proper form and in a jerking motion, it will hurt you
@Noah Dresser have good days and bad days pal. It's been dodgy about 10 years. Had a microdiscectomy about 9 years ago, would love to know what it would have been like now without having the operation. At the time i thought it was for the best. Looking back I'm not sure. Thanks for asking 🙂
Hey we all do what we thought was best at the time. Have you done a deep dive into McGill's method and tried to work around your pain triggers, build up your core endurance, and walk daily?
@@leebroughtonswfc I understand well good for you for staying active these back injuries mess with our heads. What are your symptoms? All in back or nerve pain down legs?

A real expert Mr McGill. As in tennis 99 percent of coaches know nothing of biomechanics. Dr McGill Is the Vic Braden of tennis
