For those who always complained about over priced, plz remember this location is a little outside of Ocho Rios, so the price range will exceeds the average buyer. These condos are catered to both locals and foreigners with a steadily income. Compare to New York, London, Los Angeles and Honolulu, this is reasonably cheap. If you can't afford it, maybe you should try Kingston or Portmore!!!!!!!
@@gracemanning5058 good rental here too...foreigners rent them fo up to 2k usd per month furnished....I know someone renting a retiree for 1200 usd right now with no problem...some retirees are not building anymore and they feel safer in these gated communities with amenities

I suggest people go to right move UK and compare prices, before they complain about prices. Apartments in London are so small u can’t swing a cat in one of the rooms. And the prices are exorbitant

Come on! We are talking about Runaway Bay which is less favorable than places such as Ocho Rios. You can buy land and build a freaking mansion for that price. Fyi I can find a much bigger home in US for that price.
