What happens if you cannot slide the chamber down far enough to access the red lever? Mine appears to be stuck cannot get it any further along the rail & cannot seem to lever down to the red button. Thx
I’ll make a video on that issue . But what you want to do is use a little baby powder inside the bin around the seals if you don’t have that use Lubricant (WD40)
I have the same problem with our V11 dust bin. About 2 weeks ago it stopped opening-dust bin is stuck in the closed position. The red release lever also seems stuck and I do not want to push on it any harder since it’s all plastic and I worry it will break. I have been emptying the dust bin by opening the end with a screw driver wiggled in the release catch.
