    Great video. Ordered a part from a seller that appeared to come with the required torx tool, nope it was a t10 so had to go buy a kit with a t8. Side note , on my v10 the batter has to be installed before the trigger pops out and become functional.

    Unfortunately I've disconnected the wires from the motor but not sure of the polarity to put them back! On the motor there is one plain pin and one with a blue dot. I'm assuming white wire to blue dot, is that correct?

    • @TheVacuumDoc
      @TheVacuumDoc 12 дней назад

      It’s tricky to put in. I’d suggest watching a video on RUclips first.

    • @philipgregory506
      @philipgregory506 12 дней назад

      I've sorted it out now, actually the black wire connects to the blue dot. My problem was the brush not rotating and thanks to this video I dismantled it and found the broken wire. Repaired with solder and managed to reassemble.

    I had the same model and problem. I fixed it by cleaning the inside of the chamber with compressed air. I inserted the compressed air nozzle into each of the gaps one by one until all the dust was blown out: i.imgur.com/SFwbF6w.png. Additionally, I shook the vacuum cleaner with the dust chamber facing down, which helped to remove the remaining dust that had accumulated inside (under the aluminum plate with holes). After turning it on, the "airway is blocked" message still appeared, but switching the speed mode to boost/max and running it a few times eventually cleared/unlocked it. Hopefully, this will help someone as it helped me.

    This is not always the problem , with mine all the little compartments inside the hoover get blocked up with dust so what they do is clog the filter up quite fast ,and gives you the error , I have to take the hoover completely apart and you will be amazed how much of the hoover ends up with compacted dust inside these little parts , as soon as you clear them it is like a new hoover until they start getting clogged up again

    Dude, you pulling on the cylinder power and telling us to pull on it made me break all the clips that I didn't even know they were there. Now I am avout to put this together and I am so afraid it wont work properly anymore. After demage was done I watched another video were someone used a flat head to but release all the clips and it seemed so easy to remove the cylinder head. I am cery upset now. Fingers crossed that I will still be able to put this together and it will wotk as it should.

    Hi helpful because I didn’t know where the other screws where and they were under the bloody red strip u pulled out near start. However u doing the stem first means much less pressure and minimal rush of breaking. The bottom of the head will drop out easily by itself if left until time to pull stem/neck apart. Top can still come up in the same steps as you have. Cheers for the head mate. Appreciated
