Yes I agree this is a excellent professional video. You explained it so well. Thank you very much. Tomorrow I will be troubleshooting my 227 clutch problem.
Yep as soon as I saw the wireloom laying against the tensioner pulley I knew what the problem was, that's why it needs to be routed properly, great diagnostic video.
Great Video !! These kinds of things happen alot. I don't like repairing wiring either. I'd rather order a new harness. But you repaired it just the way I would have. Good Job
I bought my Mustang 50 to replace my "almost: ruclips.net/user/postUgkx1VWTrayKBdCKAjzAcZ_Eg4dhHTae3LkN also recommend worn out John Deere L120 (48" Cut - 20 HP Briggs). First off - I can now mow my almost 3 acres in about 1/2 the time it took with my other mower... I have had the Mustang 50 for almost 2 years now... Maintenance is easy - the Kohler Motor is "out in the open" and everything, except for the oil filter, is VERY easy to get to... To change the oil filter I have learned to fold the seat forward - no problem now... The deck is SUPER easy to drop... Rememb..
Thanks Man! I just subscribed to your channel, I love your videos and I learned so much from your knowledge and I’m gonna apply it to my stuff, I have a grasshopper and sthil wee deters and blower so keep making those videos please
72 yrs. old, trying to learn some things with my older HUSTler raptor SD, Haven't mowed in at least 20 yrs...but doing good now. Hate paying $100.00 for someone to mow..gets costly...But my Blades don't descend, so this is a little deep for me but great Video. Thanks.. Louisiana girl...
Yup, it helped....believe my Husqvarna 24yth48 has something like this going on...only mine only engages blades in the reverse key position and then has black smoke exhaust. Believe my battery is dead cell...had to jump it to starter with another battery with key switch on. Will check the battery first....replace and then follow the path of the electric PTO circuit.
I have watched a bunch of your vedios and like them very much, I have been looking for a way to level my deck and can't find any info on it. I have a 227v EFI 27 hp mower, can you help with a vedio on this. Thanks
My hustler fas trak blades stopped today. 33 hours on it. I'm going to look it over really good for any damages first before taking it back to the dealer. I've bound to have run over something. I'm not getting any voltage to the clutch.
Great tip and video Jeremy. This could help a lot of people. I had this issue on my exmark earlier this year the blades wouldn't come on it surprised me that it ended being the ignition switch. Have you ever seen this before?
Hopefully this is my problem on my bad boy zt elite. I have OCD tho so I would have to use an individual black and red heat shrink on each wire after putting the butt connectors on.
Nice video I just changed my hydrolic fluid In my mower, I have no power coming out of left wheel. The mower is still on jack stands from the purging process any suggestions?
@@THEMOWERMEDIC1 He went to a place in Austin that and it cost him almost $400 plus my labor. Month later it was back in my shop for a cylinder and valve train replacement which set him back another $400. It a old county mower he got at auction he ask me what I would do with it if it was mine I told him I would sell it and get out from under while I could still get some money back.
Excellent video. Straight to the point. Didn't include anything superfluous and didn't skip over anything important.
Fantastic analysis on that wiring problem. Fixed it the only way possible without a new harness. Great job.

Great video. Saw I was getting 12v at the tail end and saw a wear spot on the cover, readjusted the harness and now the blades come on !
