    This guy, Beethoven, shows some promise, but we will have to wait and see how he does in the long run. He should probably try writing a symphony or two. Now, the young lady on the guitar is really talented.

    @ MichiKent Reacts - your reaction is great!. Tina is, in addition to being extremely talented, since she was 6 years old, a superbly trained classical guitar player, and all her incredible knowledge and superior incredible technique and skill on a electric guitar, come from that. One professional guitarist commented on this video of hers - "I'm 25 years professional guitar player and I showed this video to my guitar; after that, my guitar is hinself jumped into own suitcase and told me that she no longer wants me to play her, and she go to Tina".
    I'm musician too, and by all that I've seen in this and hers other videos, I can safely say that she top-class guitar player that a human being can achieve at all.

    Tina S was 17 at the time this was published on RUclips. I have to agree with zendyk that I prefer the original piano version for pure beauty. But this rendition on electric guitar stunned me with Tina's pure skill. Yes, it is greatly speeded up, and I could have gladly done without the drums, etc, but I just was so impressed by Tina! Even if I could play guitar, my fingers would simply fall off if I tried this! And the looks on your face were worth requesting this video, even if you had hated it. Next month, I plan to introduce you to another new performer (via Patreon request), and I hope you will like that too. I can't thank you enough for your channel. It is a real joy to watch.

    • @danw1955
      @danw1955 5 лет назад +6

      *THIS* is the exact reason Tina quit posting videos to RUclips and also the last piece she posted on her channel. The piece was *not* sped up, and she *was* actually 17 at the time this piece was recorded. The piece was arranged for guitar by Dr. Viossy, and I'm sure she worked on it relentlessly to get to this level. She still has a presence on Facebook, but may or may not post more guitar videos to RUclips after she finishes college. She set all her videos to private after some of the nasty comments she received on this and other videos she put out, but her guitar instructor finally convinced her to let them go public again. She plays this pretty much on the same level as Yngwie Malmsteen, and pretty much everyone knows what a beast he is on guitar.😉 Not too shabby for a 17 year old French gal.😁👍

    • @arieltabbach4946
      @arieltabbach4946 5 лет назад

      Dan W not hating but if I’m mistaken on what sped up means is if you record slow and make it 2 times faster or just do it faster, cause the video is 6 minutes and the piece is usually 8 minutes but that is probably because she didn’t star from the beginning in the middle

    • @AC-ju5yu
      @AC-ju5yu 4 года назад

      Wayne what is the matter with you. Do you say that about all her videos? Your the guy that hears a great singer singing live a says she's lip synching. If this was sped up her head movements would have looked ridiculous. Just accept there are exceptional people doing exceptional things. If it's beyond your capabilities practice harder don't diminish others. It shows how insecure you are about yourself.

    Unfortunately, this was the last video Tina posted to her channel, mainly because of the flak she was receiving in her comment section. As I mentioned below, she actually set all of her videos to private for a while until her guitar instructor convinced her to change them back to public. I've been following Tina's work pretty much since she started posting to YT, and she is nothing short of amazing!! Everyone would rag on her about the fact that she didn't show much emotion when she played, but like you said, she was in a deep state of concentration when she played, and was more interested in getting it right, than how she looked.😉 After she disappeared from YT, someone finally tracked her down on Facebook, where she still has a presence, but she most likely won't do any more music videos here, especially now with all the copyright bullshit that's currently going on. Really a shame since she's probably in the top 10 female rock guitarists on the planet. Let's hope she changes her mind at some point.😍😁👍👍

      Some people who will look for emotions on a musician's face need to be enlightened that if they actually listened to the music and closed their eyes they will not only see but can also hear as well as feel emotions they couldn't have possibly noticed before with eyes open and ears closed while the brain was out to lunch! It's called an art for one and only one main reason, it will move one's state of being!!!

    You're correct when you say Tina is looking at the sheet music in her head when she looks around her as she plays. She is an Autist and, take it from a fellow Autist, this is what we look like when we are engaging our Autistic Superpower - we tend to have a neutral look on our faces but, in actual fact, we are scanning our minds and recalling all relevant information on any given subject.
