Riding in stopped bumper to bumper expressway traffic (Dangerous)

If lane filtering was legal here I would have used it this morning. People don't expect vehicles between then and it can cause drivers to panic and swerve. The other problem with lane filtering is the poor decision making folks who constantly try to zig zag from lane to lane with no warning like they can just leap frog their way out of the mess.
