    hi! thanks for your videos!
    Notice that In this video 2 mistakes:
    1. 5:06 when you are talking about unscrewing the nut from lower millstone you said COUNTERCLOCKWISE but it is clockwise rotation on video.
    2. 10:12 you are talking clockwise but turning opposite direction.
    i am not hater just think that someone could be confused. Thanks!

    My lilit grinder stack while I’m trying to grind coffee beans. I have cleaned it up. But problem is still there. When I make grinding level fine it stacks as it is stone inside. May be this gear as an issue?

      Hello, without seeing the grinder it's difficult to identify the exact cause of this issue, it can be the wheel or the motor. Please contact your direct reseller for a proper check. Thank you! LELIT team

    I have bought the Anita Pl042 2 months ago and i have been grinding the same coffee at level 2 , the problem is , 3 days ago it stopped grinding the same and the coffee is coarser and the extraction is not good anymore , of course i have moved the grinder on setting 1 and resolved the problem for now and have also cleaned the grinder with cleaning crystals , if this is happening and progressing the grinder will not be usable anymore and i think the blades are getting used up to fast. Do you have a solution to this problem ? Thank you

    • @LELIT_Official
      @LELIT_Official  3 года назад

      Hi, it is normal that the burrs need more or less 1000 coffee to stabilize, we advise to keep the same grinding degree. Speaking about the stop of the motor we need to understand if it happens again. If so, please send your video at care@lelit.com.
      Thank you, LELIT Team

      @@LELIT_Official Hello thanks for the info , the motor is working...its not a motor problem :)) , just it does not grind the same Coffee beans at level 2 as before anymore and the extraction is to fast because of that and i had to adjust to level 1 to get a normal extraction.

      @@Stellina-vq5jj Hi , not really , i clean it more often and it seems that the problem stopped , i changed also the coffee type and had to adjust again...at the moment it is ok...i don't think that the blades are the problem , i think it is very very slowly decalibrating with each use so eventualy i will have to unmount the grinder and recalibrate it.....but for now it is fine

    This is the same grinder assembly in my Ascaso and it is also found in some models LF, Isomac, Lelit and Pavoni. Since each company does not produce this who manufactures it? Probably another company makes it for above brands.

      Hello, thank you for your interest in LELIT grinders. Please note that we don't know who manufactures the grinder assembly for the other mentioned brands. Should you need this spare part for a Fred grinder, please note that you can purchase it from an authorised LELIT reseller, some of our resellers have also a shop online. Thank you, LELIT Team

      I have exactly the same problem! I cannot get the plastic wheel to reach the rotation of 'inside' part as shown at 9:50, because the wheel gets stuck beforehand. Even with all my power I'm not able to manage. I've ordered a new wheel, because I thought it was broken but I encounter the same problem still. Not sure what to do now?
