I would like to replace the pump on my lelit anna pl41tem. Which pump is required? Would the ulka EX5 work? Is there a better more quite version? Cheers from Germany 🙂

The presure of the water extraction does not depend on the pump but the resistance the coffe offers. Pump maximun presure is usually 15 bar. But the presure when making cofee depends on how you set the coffee load on filter. If coffe grind is coarse and not tampered well, the water just goes through and pressure will be almost 0. If gind is thin and well tampered, pressure can rise up to 12. Can happens that after water starts flowing , the coffee gets wet and resistance to water reduces a little, this is why presure comes down. Does not seems to be a problem. Try using more fine grind, 8 grs of coffee for a single shot, and tamper strong. Pressure should go to 12 and not drop or just a little
Have you chekced if the pressure also drops with the blind filter? If not maybe you have to check your grind size :)
