    Hy, very nice footage... the three fish in the pic at 1:49 are actually all different species. Interochromis loocki, Petrochromis horei "Gold" and "Petrochromis" fasciolatus. From left to right... the P. horei in these locations are all yellow/gold in younger stages.

    Beautiful. Been 10 years since I was there. Hope to return soon. What is your camera, lens, housing, strobe set up?

      Thanks! Use a canon compact camera with an Ikelite housing, no extra lenses and a video lamp, not a really fancy one, will buy a bigger for the next trip! /Carl

    Cool footage Carl! Keep ‘em coming. January is not a typical time to go visit the lake (rainy season?). How did you find the conditions? Especially water visibility

      You are right, not the best month but ususally OK, but not this year with heavy rains ans storms just the week before. The visibility was not very good, you can see it on som eof the clips with much "Back scatter".
