  • Hi Flipsky friends, many people ask what's the difference between your current motors and your original motors? Now , let me tell you.
    All in upgrade, with better performance.
    1.Play in outstanding quiet, reinforce the magnets to upgrade long-lasting quality.
    2.Double-side arc shaped magnets The convex magnets array can bette match work with VESC foc mode to greatly reduce the noise.
    -42SH magnets , anti-115°C high temperature-Battle harden : full paste the magnets with epoxy , and with balance glue to keep well balance performance.
    3.Stator winding: use multi-strand winding with better heat dissipation and avoid skin effect. While sing-strand winding will cause skin effect and generate heat easily and lower efficiency.Skin effect is the tendency of an alternating electric current (AC) to become distributed within a conductor such that the current density is largest near the surface of the conductor, and decreases with greater depths in the conductor.
    4.Using high quality materials brand NMB bearing. Double bearing in bottom side and one in top.
    5. Supply both round shaft with keyway and D-shape shaft, free your choice -The shaft is 420 material with surface harden process, Fine processing, double M4 screws dispensing reinforced lock shaft, prevent any deviation
    6. We’ve changed to the 320mm super long cable, 12AWG silicon cable, more heat-resistant and durable. Packed with braided sleeve, more exquisite in details.

    Awesome video, can the new motors be run on 14s? I can turn down erpm through the vesc tool and set amps to 70, I’m looking at buying the 6374’s 140kv or maybe 190kv

      Hi thanks! The max volt the motor suppots is 12s. Or there will be a risk of burning ,if the voltage exceeds.

    I have a question, what is the difference in torque and internal resistance between the new 140 and the 190kv 6374 motors? on the webside are only one specs so I don´t know if it is for the 140kv or the 190kv and witch differences they have. I am currently deciding what suits best my needs.

    • @sottosotto4056
      @sottosotto4056 3 года назад

      The 140kv needs less power to run, therefore it has more torque. But, this also means that the motor is vulnerable to overheating.

      @@FlipskyTech I would suggest titanium shafts for future production, I'd rather pay extra for a motor and know the shaft won't snap then end up with a useless motor can every time

      @@monkey_with_a_skateboard6823 Steel is actually quite a bit stronger than titanium. The advantage of titanium is low heat expansion and lower weight. None of which are needed for electric motors, making steel superior.
