This was the best Olympic in history on my opinion.. The flame ladder to the huge torch the 1218 Drones which costs like at least500 each form the olympic icon.. dude this was insane
So proud of this Olympics even after 3 yrs. Proud to be a Korean! They did a really great job, the drones were so cool, and most of all, my childhood hero Yuna Kim did a beautiful job. She's just... Legendary. Love her so much!!!!!
I want to say thank you all the artists who perform at this year winter olympic games in Pyeongchang, South Korea for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies that is pure magic and I will never forget!

IMHO one of the best winter opening ceremony in recent memory. Clean, crisp, and elegant with a real earnest mesage. This is the future for sustainable Olympic games.
-To everyone asking "Where's the full ceremony?" Try looking into your local broadcasting channel for the full ceremony. For Americans, this would be the NBC website. -To everyone saying that the whole drones thing was a lie: no it wasn't. It was publicly revealed that the drone footage was pre recorded to get it perfectly. If this makes you angry, know that you probably would have been more upset if the drones were wrongly coordinated because of last minute malfunctions. -Lastly, to people bashing these ceremonies because they weren't personally your favorite: You have a right to voice your opinion but don't try to force it onto others. It's annoying. P.S. do more reasearch into the games before you start questioning everything that happens.

I love the Olympics. No matter the state of our international politics, nations put their differences aside and come together to play games, we become like children again, we reunite as friends. Nations should never forget the Olympics, the world needs to not forget to come together to play.

I am so proud of my home country. I used to get bullied for being Korean, and I still do. Not as much, but some times. Just because of Kim Jong Un, people thought the whole of Korea and Koreans as bad, selfish, dangerous, etc. but I started to feel proud. Gangnam style, BTS (and KPOP), Korean food, was there and I felt proud. Then the olympics came. People noticed how united SK was. How friendly we are, and how much of a family we are with one another. Thank you for this. It really helped. Thank you to KPop idols for working hard everyday and giving a good image towards Korean music. Thank you doctors for helping us during this hard COVID time. Thank you to Koreans for being Koreans. Thank you for helping me to be proud of who I am today. Though this was short, I hope I was able to be a voice of those in a similar state as me. Once again, I am so proud to be a Korean/Australian citizen. 💜💜🙏🙏
This was such a fantastic ceremony, WOW‼️ I am sad that you had to put up with bullies. My daughter watched this with her husband (who is a Korean American) and their two children.

I was worried about this ceremony after that whole disappointing Incheon asian game opening ceremony. But when i saw this opening ceremony and closing ceremony,i was SOOO relieved. Thank god this was better than the incheon asian games ceremonies.
This ceremony for the Olympics is so beautiful. One of the very best that I have ever seen. Such wonderful attention to detail, wow! Watched it when it was presented to the world and even now, it is fantastic.
God, I wish I could have watched this live. I was performing at a show choir competition. The ceremony was stunning, though - regardless of when I watched it.
This is the most emotional opening. Yuna Kim was there, the drone part is beautiful, and Koreans unite for the Olympics event
