They probably required the pre-recorded track to synchronize it with the fireworks and lights/LED displays. If they let her sing live, she would not have been in synch with the lights and fireworks if she missed even a single beat or got delayed live.

No one's questioning her talent though because we all know CL has less control over the performance since she is only a guest performer at the Olympics. They probably required the pre-recorded track to synchronize it with the fireworks and lights/LED displays. If they let her sing live, she would not have been in synch with the lights and fireworks if she missed even a single beat or got delayed live.
