Excuse me sir, I am a millennial and I enjoy basic land navigation. I believe you are talking about the generation after us millennials as we were born on the cusp of the advent of digital tools. We are the last generation to play outside. I can drive a stick, I can make a fire, I can find my way out of the woods with a compass and a map.
That's funny! That was one of my first videos. Since then a further generation may have been born. None-the-less I hope in gaming terms you get something out of these Nav tutorials. I'm guessing there are prolly a dozen or so now. Happy flying.
Other than 'dead reckoning,' and a radio frequency to dial into, it was Heading, Timing, and Speed!
It still is when your GPS glass cockpit craps out... :)
What is the best realisme setting for this game. I have it on custom and everything is set off but i cant watch outside the plane
If you are planning to go multiplayer then full realism is the way to go. Some servers set realism for the players. For example WOL will allow map icons, others will allow 3rd person (outside cockpit f3) views. Track IR will enhance the realism and VR will take it to a new level. I have track IR.
