I simply LOVE your videos. The way you teach makes sewing quilt blocks as easy as 1-2-3. Please don't ever change your format. We NEED teachers like you! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Thank you so much! Happy quilting, Jayne
6/24. I like how you cut the blocks a little larger, then trim. Also the ways to layout the block varieties at the end. Also love the colors you choose. Any beginner could follow your patterns. ❤🇺🇸
Glad I found you to inspire me!😊

I bought that ruler to trim flying geese on your recommendation, love it!
Fantastic, happy quilting, Jayne
That is a beautiful block Jayne! I only wonder about all the waste in the corner square triangles. It would add up to quite a bit if making very many of these blocks. Still puttimg this on my to-do list! Thanks & Blessings!
Hi Deborah, I agree, there was quite a bit of waste, next time I would start with slightly smaller squares. Thanks for you feedback, happy quilting, Jayne
That quilt block notebook is awesome! Love the block and the colors you used. I just subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to your videos. Thank You!

Just found you and enjoyed this video. Thank you for the video . I’m looking for a video to make a Star of David blocks that I can make into a table runner and placemats. Do you know where I can find a video that I could use?
Hi Carol, thanks for watching an commenting. I am not sure about the Star of David block, but I will add it to my list of blocks to make, happy quilting, Jayne
Maybe it's the prints used in the thumbnail block, but I just can't love this block. I will probably try some plain fabric or with smaller prints and see if that works better for my mind's eye. Thanks for the video 😊
Thanks for watching, happy quilting, Jayne
It's a very pretty block, but also complicated. Wouldn't it waste less fabric if you started with smaller pieces for the flying geese?
Yep, a lot of wasted fabric. I couldn’t believe how small they got trimmed to!
Hi Leanne, I like to make my units oversized, so that I can trim them down. I agree that when making flying geese in this method, you do waste the triangles - you could sew these together to make half square triangles and use in another block. I will demonstrate this in another video. Great feedback, thanks for watching and commenting, happy quilting, Jayne

I have been making a square in a square to make flying geese . Have you tried that method?
